Effect Of Qinggan Oral Liquid On Exogenous Cough With Wind Heat Invading Lung

Objective the purpose of this study is to explore the clinical efficacy of Qinggan oral liquid in the treatment of exogenous cough with wind heat invading the lung type.Through its theoretical research,clinical efficacy observation,effectiveness and safety,it provides the clinical basis for Qinggan oral liquid in the treatment of exogenous cough with wind heat invading the lung type,and provides a new,safe and effective method for the treatment of exogenous wind heat cough.Methods 60 patients who met the cough standard of Western medicine and the cough diagnosis standard of traditional Chinese medicine were randomly divided into treatment group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases).The control group was treated with conventional western medicine: Compound Paracetamol Shumin oral solution,oral,20 ml each time,three times a day.On the basis of the control group,the treatment group took Qinggan oral liquid(composed of gypsum,ephedra,almond,honeysuckle,Hedyotis diffusa,Suzhou leaf,jujube,liquorice,etc.),20 ml each time,three times a day.The course of treatment is one week.The changes of clinical cough,expectoration,nasal obstruction,runny nose,fever,pulmonary signs,pharyngeal symptoms and peripheral blood(WBC,NEU)were compared before and after treatment.Results the total effective rate of the two groups was 93.33% in the treatment group and 70% in the control group,P < 0.05,which was statistically significant,indicating that the clinical effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group;the total clinical score of the two groups before and after treatment was better than that of the control group,P < 0.05,which was statistically significant;the main clinical symptoms of the treatment group were cough,expectoration,fever and nose There was no significant difference between the two groups in the comparison of peripheral blood(WBC,)(P > 0.05);there was no significant difference in the safety of the two groups before and after treatment in temperature,respiration,pulse,blood pressure,liver function,renal function,ECG,stool and so on There was no adverse reaction.Conclusion Qinggan oral liquidis effective and safe in treating cough with wind heat and lung invasion,which can be further popularized in clinic.
