Average Life Expectancy And Its Influencing Factors In Hebei Province

The average life expectancy is a comprehensive index to measure the level of economic and social development and the level of medical and health services of a country or region.With the central committee of the communist party of China,the state council on the "healthy China 2030" program outline issued,people began to pay attention to the annual average life expectancy.This paper,by using six's fifth census,the province's population data,and provincial bureau of statistics,the annual population sampling data,and health in hebei province committee full database data(PIS)and the centers for disease control and the cause of death in hebei province examination database data(CDC),to measure of life expectancy,hebei province,from all ages mortality,country and province overall life expectancy trends and international change path three aspects to predict life expectancy,after the comprehensive measure hebei life expectancy.The results of this paper show that the average life expectancy of the total population of hebei province in 2016 is 76.76 years,which is 1.19 years higher than the life expectancy of the total population of hebei province in the sixth national census in 2010.In 2016,the life expectancy of males in hebei province was 74.24 years,1.46 years higher than that of males in lipuzhong province.In 2016,the life expectancy of females in hebei province was 79.54 years,2.07 years higher than that of females in liupuzhong,hebei province.This paper USES the grey correlation analysis method in life expectancy in hebei province and its main influence factors analysis,the correlation between factors of correlation coefficient is higher as the urbanization rate,the correlation coefficient of more than on behalf of the economic factors,as well as the per capita GDP represents number of health technical personnel hygiene factors and environmental factors of industrial soot emissions,illustrate that the urbanization rate is not from a single factors impact on life expectancy,but in the industrial,agricultural,and the third industry,and other aspects of influence each other under the uniform for the urban progress and national prosperity has positive effects.This paper further USES Eviews8 software to establish VAR vector autoregression model and multiple regression model on life expectancy and its influencing factors in hebei province from 2004 to 2017,and concludes that: the growth of per capitaGDP has no significant impact on the improvement of life expectancy;on the contrary,the growth of per capita life expectancy will have a positive and continuous impact on per capita GDP.The improvement of urbanization rate and medical and health care level will have a positive impact on life expectancy,while the improvement of medical environment and living environment will have less impact.Finally,this paper holds that to improve the average life expectancy,we must rely on the joint efforts of the whole society.In the current situation of healthy and vigorous development of the country,this paper discusses the quality of life from the length of life,the health of the people is an important symbol of the prosperity of the nation and the strength of the country,is an important connotation of the construction of hebei province into a strong province of the country.With fast rhythm,high pressure,strong competition in its way of life,became a national health hazard and the erosion of economic and social development achievements invisible killer,especially the ecological environment,production mode change caused by the food and drug safety,drinking water safety,occupational safety problems such as growing,the harm to people's health is more direct,outstanding.People have a sense of crisis about their own health problems,so it is more urgent and necessary to seek new ways or patterns of health consumption to maximize health.In this paper,health life expectancy and health literacy level are introduced to understand the average life expectancy in hebei province look forward to the future development.
