The aging of the population has become a difficult problem in the world and has become a topic of concern to all sectors of society.China entered the aging society of population from 1999,gradually formed the situation of "not rich before old","not prepared for old" and "rich before old",the aging situation is grim.The ageing of the population in the Qinhuangdao area is far higher than that of the whole province and the national average,and it is still at the initial stage of exploration in the construction of a medical and old-age model,and there is no mature and well-run medical and pension mode that can be followed and replicated.There is also no single successful programme available for implementation.In the process of writing,this article uses literature research,interview,comparative research,investigation,etc.,and takes the development of the medical support and pension model in Qinhuangdao City as the starting point to deeply study the relevant theories of the Medical-nursing combined care at home and abroad.Using SWOT analysis method to analyze the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of the Medical-nursing combined care in Qinhuangdao City,and to analyze the feasibility of developing the Medical-nursing combined care.We have identified such major problems as unclear implementation paths,uneven service providers,lack of a good social environment,and the fact that the advantages of urban resources have not yet been brought into play.The main causes of the problems are the shortcomings in the management system,the lack of capacity to build a body of medical care combined with service,the unsatisfactory social environment for medical care combined with development,and the constraints on the development of medical care combined with innovation.To correct some of the irrationality of the current practice of medical support combined with old-age pension in Qinhuangdao City,It has put forward the establishment of a multi-sector cooperation mechanism,the formulation and implementation of positive measures and incentive mechanisms,the establishment of a clear system of standards and evaluation,the expansion of reform of the supply side of medical and health care,the exploration of intelligent old-age care services,and the strengthening of the development of personnel for old-age services.We will increase the publicity of Medical-nursing combined care services,increase voluntary services for Medical-nursing combined care services,strengthen health management throughout the life cycle,give full play to the functions of nursing homes in this city to promote the construction of Medical-nursing combined care,and promote the development of multi-industry integration and innovation to promote Medical-nursing combined care.
