Objective:Through the investigation of nursing manpower allocation status in the mode of combination of medical care and pension in the city of Zhengzhou, analyzing the existent problems, exploring solutions and countermeasures, providing advice and reference for solving the pension problem in China.Methods:Questionnaire method “nursing manpower allocation status in the mode of combination of medical care and pension in the city of Zhengzhou ". There are two kinds of questionnaire: administrative personnel and nursing staff.1.Design of the questionnaireThe questionnaire is on the basis of fully literature and on-the-spot investigation.After repeated revision of the questionnaire and invite experts’ consultation and then revise again, finally began to advance. The effective recovery of the two rounds of survey is 72.73% and 100%. Cronbach’s reliability coefficient is 0.81, content validity of 0.85 of the questionnaire.2.Sample sizeAmong the medical institutions which have the mode of medical care and pension in Zhengzhou city.3.Training investigatorsStandardized training of nine investigators, unify all contents and clear the purpose of the survey, research significance and the content.4.Formal investigationTrained investigators explain research purpose and meaning to respondents,obtain informed consent, tell respondents the form request, fill in after fully understand the questionnaire by themselves or the investigators. The investigators examine minutely on a questionnaire to ensure the quality of data and take back questionnaires on the spot.5.The data processingApply SPSS17.0 to wake data analysis, general statistical description, Logistics regression analysis, Inspection level α=0.05.Results:1.The survey results of institutions version show that the investigation on the nurse certificate in a combined with institutions of nursing staff, 142, to participate in the survey of nursing staff, 106, with 20 to 29 age among them the most, a total of 58 people, accounting for 54.7%;Cultural degree is given priority to with high school or technical secondary school, a total of 69 people, accounting for 65.1%;Title to nurse the highest percentage, accounted for 77.3%, intermediate title 2, only 1.9%, without deputy director of junior &senior and above,;Most women, accounting for 93.4%.2.The nursing staff in a combined with institutions have monthly income mostly in more than 1000 Yuan, 5000 Yuan the following, which is 2000 ~ 3000 yuan monthly income number, a total of 42 people, accounting for 39.6%;The second is3000 ~ 5000 Yuan, accounting for 25.5%.;The other 49.1% of the nursing staff said very dissatisfied with their salary,30.2% of the nursing staff are not satisfied, 18.9%said the general.3.About 33% of nursing staff those in a combined with institutions think the work intensity of labor is larger, 15.1% of nursing staff think the intensity of labor is very large, and 22.6% of people think that the intensity of labor in general;78 people said labor time in 8 ~ 10 hours a day on average, accounted for 73.6%.4.The survey 58.5% of nursing staff to receive training time less than 7 days,73.6% of people just receive pension agency short-term training;76.8% of nursing staff think nursing professional knowledge is important in the work, 75.4% of people think still lacked the knowledge of nursing, 52.8% of the nursing staff hope to continue studying or further study related professional knowledge.5.Institutions version questionnaire shows that the medical institutions of nursing personnel loss phenomenon is found 90.9%, 68.2% of all institutions churn rate is over 5%;Among reasons of erosion, low salary institutions accounted for59.1%, accounting for the first cause of loss, another loss causes include mental pressure, high labor intensity, difficult title promotion, etc.6. According to Logistic regression analysis results of the personal factors of nurses quit a institutions, we can see that the loss of nursing staff with men, aged 20 to 29 years old, junior college or above education, monthly income of 2000 ~ 3000 Yuan have positive correlation.Conclusions:1. There is a serious shortage of nursing staff holding nurse certificate in the medical institutions which have the mode of medical care and pension in Zhengzhou city.2. The overall cultural level of aged care nursing staff is low in these medical institutions.3. There is a lack of professional training and nursing knowledge among the aged care nursing staff in these medical institutions.4. The aged care nursing staff generally has low salary, but great labor intensity and difficulty post promotion, so nursing staff loss phenomenon is serious among these medical institutions.
