The economic situation analysis showed that semi disabled elderly are generally more than the amount of pension, and concentrated in the 1001~1500 yuan, the semi disabled main source of income of the elderly, the other part comes from the children for living expenses, and government assistance, and other sources of funding and a relatively small proportion in the economy; self rating most of the elderly for personal income and income is not satisfied, the general semi disabled elderly form is relatively high. Analysis of health status, half missing more than 60% of the total prevalence of senile chronic diseases, and bone joint disease, cerebrovascular disease, hypertension is the most common. The survey results show that the demand for pension services, more than half of the elderly needs medical support combined mode, some old people hope to get the traditional pension pension in the hospital; the pension service mode choice in the survey, 54% of the elderly comprehensive community service home care, only 31% of the elderly prefer traditional home care. But in the overall satisfaction survey results showed that 100 cases of elderly medical support combined with mode of overall satisfaction is high, especially in the service facilities, service attitude, medical rehabilitation, leisure and entertainment, catering services and other aspects of higher satisfaction. The correlation relationship between demographic characteristics and the elderly pension mode, the results showed that elderly people with no gender endowment significant correlation, age, education level, marital status, economic income and other factors are closely related with the pension system(p<0.05)Conclusion In Qigihar,the elderly medical support combined with mode of higher overall satisfaction, service facilities, service attitude, medical rehabilitation, leisure and entertainment, catering services and other services are satisfactory, but there are still many problems, among which the financing mechanism has not been established, the quantity and quality of care staff can not meet the demand, the curing of thinking problems in elderly people, and old age, educational level, marital status, economic income and other factors, through this policy to promote and improve relevant laws and regulations, and actively protect the elderly pension institutions and financial support, improve the professional level of care staff and attract more care personnel toparticipate in Work, and pay attention to the elderly people's psychological, mental state, combined with the actual situation of the elderly for maintenance service based in pension institutions, to families and communities in radiation need to actively cooperate with government departments, coordinating and necessary government resources, help to promote medical raising combined the industrialization of endowment pattern, and improve China's social security system, and suggestions for the healthy development of their pension business.
