Objective: This study used kinesio taping,placebo taping and no taping to prevent and intervene the exercise fatigue of the quadriceps and hamstring muscles of the superior lower limbs of healthy college students.The purpose is to explore whether the Three types of taping can relieve muscle fatigue,and to compare the anti-fatigue effect of kinesio taping on the flexor and extensor muscles.Analyze whether a reasonable taping method can resist body fatigue,affect muscle exercise ability,help muscles better exert contraction and improve body balance function,while providing a theoretical reference for the standard application of kinesio taping.Methods:Recruited and screened 11 healthy male college students from Xi'an Institute of Physical Education as the subjects,selected the hamstrings and quadriceps muscles in the lower extremity major muscle group for muscle sticking.Every subject received quadriceps and hamstring muscles taping under three conditions: kinesio taping,placebo taping and no taping.Each taping is performed before fatigue.Collect the muscle status(Dm,Tc),work fatigue(WF),torque attenuation(k),RPE,peak torque(PT),flexion-extension ratio(H / Q)and body balance capability(OSI,API,MLI)parameters before and after fatigue.Each test interval is one week and test sequence is rondom.Fatigue protocol: the subject performs 50 consecutive isotonic flexion and extension exercises of the knee joint at an angular velocity of 60 ° / s on an isokinometer.The experimental data used t test,one-way analysis of variance and linear regression method to test the difference between groups and within groups.P<0.05 is considered statistically significant,and P <0.01 is considered statistically significant.Result:(1)Comparison of WF: Compared with NT group,the WF of the hamstring muscle and quadriceps KT group decreased significantly(P <0.05),and the PT group showed a downward trend,but no significant change.Comparison of k:(1)K changes in quadriceps femoris: Compared with the NT group,the k value of the PTand the KT group decreased,and the k value of the PT decreased by 4.34%.k value in the KT group decreased by 30.43%;(2)Change of hamstring muscle k: compared with NT group,the k value of the PT and the KT group decreased,and k value in the PT group decreased by 14.29%.k value in the KT group decreased by 42.85%;(3)Comparison of Dm and Tc: Compared with the NT group,the Dm in the KT group of rectus femoris,medial femoris,lateral femoris,and biceps femoris increased significantly(P <0.01)and Tc decreased significantly(P <0.01);Dm and Tc did not change significantly in the PT group,but Dm showed an increasing trend and Tc showed a decreasing trend;(4)Comparison of RPE: Compared with the NT group,the RPE of the hamstring,quadriceps KT group and PT group were significantly reduced(P <0.01);(5)Comparison of peak torque and flexion-extension ratio(H / Q):Compared with the NT group,the peak torque and H / Q in the hamstring KT group increased significantly(P <0.05);(6)Changes in OSI,API,and MLI of eye-opening dynamic balance ability: The three indexes of OSI,API,and MLI all decreased in the hamstring and quadriceps KT group compared with the NT group(p <0.01);(7)Changes in OSI,API and MLI of closed-eye dynamic and static balance: the three indicators of OSI,API and MLI in the KT group of hamstrings and quadriceps muscles compared with the NT group(p <0.01).Conclusion:(1)Preventive kinesio taping can increase muscle continuous function,reduce torque attenuation,relieve muscle stiffness,and accelerate muscle contraction rate,indicating that kinesio taping can reduce muscle fatigue of lower extremity major muscle groups.(2)Preventive kinesio taping can improve the eye-opening dynamic balance ability and closed-eye dynamic and static balance of standing on one foot of dominant lower extremity.(3)After the kinesio taping is applied,the hamstring muscle's torque attenuation is significantly reduced compared with the quadriceps muscle,and the peak torque and flexion-extension ratio are significantly increased,indicating that the anti-fatigueeffect of hamstring muscle is better than quadriceps.
