The Clinical Observation Of Acupuncure Combined With Kinesio Taping Treating The Shoulder-hand Syndrome After Stroke

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of post-stroke hand shoulder syndrome by acupuncture and kinesio taping.Using surface electromyography analysis to objectively evaluated the effect of intervention to improve the accuracy of functional rehabilitation evaluation of patients with shoulder hand syndrome after stroke.Methods: 80 patients with shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke were divided into 4 groups.The experimental group A was treated with traditional acupuncture + kinesio taping + rehabilitation training,the control group B was treated by traditional acupuncture + rehabilitation training,the control group C was treated by kinesio taping + rehabilitation training,the control group D was treated by simple rehabilitation training.After 4 weeks intervention,using the surface electromyography signal analysis,shoulder-hand syndrome assessment scale,and upper lmb smplified Fugl-Meyer scale(FMA)to evaluate the effects of treatment in each group and perform statistical analysis.Results:(1)In the analysis of surface electromyography signals:the traditional acupuncture + kinesio taping + rehabilitation training group is superior to other 3 groups(p<0.01),has significant differences;kinesio taping +rehabilitation training group was superior to rehabilitation training group(p<0.05),has statistically differences;(2)In the shoulder-hand syndrome scale assessment: traditional acupuncture + kinesio taping + rehabilitation training group,traditional acupuncture +rehabilitation training group,kinesio taping + rehabilitation training group are superior to rehabilitation training group(p<0.01),has significant differences;(3)In terms of FMA scores:the traditional acupuncture + kinesio taping + rehabilitation training group is superior to other 3 groups(p<0.01),with significant differences;Traditional acupuncture +rehabilitation training group,kinesio taping + rehabilitation training group were superior to rehabilitation training group(p<0.01),with significant differences;(4)In clinical efficacy evaluation:the total effective rate of traditional acupuncture + kinesio taping +rehabilitation training group was 85%,traditional acupuncture + rehabilitation traininggroup,the total effective rate was 68.42%,the total effective rate of the rehabilitation training + kinesio taping group was 66.67%,the total effective rate of the rehabilitation group is 60%.Conclusion: It was significant that acupuncture combined with kinesio taping rehabilitation training for treatment of SHS after Stroke.To a large extent,it reduced the patient's symptoms and improved their activity function.Objectively evaluate the effectiveness of intervention by surface electromyography,which can improve the accuracy of functional rehabilitation assessment of patients with shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke.
