Research On TCM Syndrome Of Mental Fatigue Of Some College Students Based On Data Mining

ObjectiveBy studying and analyzing the characteristics of TCM symptom group of college students' psychological psychological fatigue,the relationship between psychological fatigue and viscera and the distribution characteristics of TCM symptoms of psychological fatigue were revealed,and the distribution law of typical symptoms of TCM in college students'psychological fatigue was discussed.It provides reference for solving the problem of psychological fatigue of college students.MethodsThe mental fatigue scale and TCM syndrome questionnaire were used to investigate some freshman to senior college students.The information data of TCM four diagnoses of college students who meet the inclusion criteria are inputted through the college students undefined mental fatigue assessment and management system(see the second part of the system),and the data are derived in the form of excel table.The database was established,and the frequency analysis,cluster analysis and factor analysis of the four diagnosis information were carried out by using the SPSS21.0 statistical software.The characteristics of TCM syndromes and their corresponding symptom distribution characteristics of some college students undefined mental fatigue were sorted out.To summarize the distribution rule of TCM symptom group of college students undefined psychological fatigue.Result1.General data:1 the number of college students with mental fatigue accounted for more than half of the total number of students.2.Female students were more prone to mental fatigue than men.3.3 sophomore students and other three grade students,compared with the other three grade students,mental fatigue was more obvious.2.Symptom frequency of the top fifteen in order:Forgetful,less lazy,lethargy,upset upset,dreaminess,depression,deep sigh,two dry eyes,irritability,difficulty sleeping,vision loss,fatigue,muscle strength decreased,wake up early,heavy body,epigastric fullness discomfort after eating.3.Typical symptom clustering results:The first group of symptoms:palpitation,shortness of breath,bowel ringing,diarrhea,can be judged as deficiency of the heart and spleen?The second group of symptoms:hypochondriac pain,chest pain,nausea and vomiting,pantothenic acid,hunger do not want to eat,pharynx foreign body sensation,phlegm,can be judged as liver and stomach disharmony syndrome.The third group of symptoms:depression,irritability,forgetfulness,lethargy,fatigue,indolence,decreased muscle strength,difficulty to fall asleep,early wake up,more dreams,can be judged as liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome.The fourth group of symptoms:joint pain,limb muscle pain,waist pain,back pain,vision loss,eye pain,two dry eyes,can be judged as liver and kidney yin deficiency syndrome.The fifth symptom group:loss of appetite,stomach distention after eating,abdominal distension,five upset heat,sweating from hand and foot,self-sweating,can be judged as spleen qi deficiency syndrome.Conclusion1.The findings show that:The psychological fatigue of college students accounts for more than half of the total number,so the psychological fatigue of college students can not be ignored;Female students are more prone to mental fatigue than men;Compared with the other three grade students,sophomore students have more obvious mental fatigue.2.The data mining of college students undefined psychological fatigue symptom group was carried out,and the TCM symptom group of college students undefined psychological fatigue was divided into five symptom groups.The syndrome types were heart and spleen deficiency syndrome,liver and stomach disharmony syndrome,liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome,liver and kidney yin deficiency syndrome and spleen qi deficiency syndrome.Liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome is more common.3.According to the distribution characteristics of symptom groups and the corresponding syndromes,the viscera closely related to psychological fatigue of college students are liver,heart,spleen and stomach,kidney.
