Aim:By collecting and analyzing the data of heart rate, reaction time, lower limb muscle strength, subjective physical feeling(RPE)and other indicators,we observed the effect of different types of music and exercise time matching exercise schemes on exercise-induced physiological fatigue and mental fatigue during moderate intensity treadmill exercise, and explored the difference of the effect of different exercise schemes on exercise-induced physiological fatigue and mental fatigue.Under moderate exercise intensity, lengthen exercise time, effectively delay the type of auxiliary music of exercise fatigue, and then provide a more scientific and reasonable theoretical basis for improving exercise fatigue of low cardiopulmonary endurance college students in moderate intensity running. Methods: 18 college students were selected as the research subjects, and repeated measurement experiment design was adopted. There was no significant difference in the preference of the subjects for the three types of music: fast-paced pop music,fast-paced rock and roll music and fast-paced national music.30 subjects were selected at the maximum heart rate of 60% HRmax exercise intensity.According to the principle of random compatibility, all participants completed six exercise schemes of 60% HRmax intensity and music compatibility for two kinds of exercise time, clock and 40 minutes.Heart rate, lower limb muscle strength, reaction time and subjective physical sensation were collected before and after exercise.Exercise induced emotion questionnaire was filled out after exercise.Repeated ANOVAS was performed for each dependent variable.Results:(1)The interaction between music type and exercise time was not significant(P>0.05).(2)In terms of the main effect of music, the influence of music type on the average body and mind calming subscale results is different(P<0.05).Post-mortem analysis showed that the average physical and mental calm of fast-paced pop music was lower than that of fast-paced rock music(P<0.05).And the average body and mind calming subscale results of fast-paced pop music with 30 minutes of exercise time were not significantly different from the averagebody and mind calming subscale results of fast-paced pop music of 40 minutes of exercise time(t=0.89,P=0.38);30 minutes of exercise The average body and mind calming subscale results of fast-paced rock music of time have no significant difference with the average physical and mental calming subscale results of fast-paced rock music of 40 minutes of exercise time(t=0.83,P=0.42);the fast pace of 30 minutes of exercise time There was no significant difference between the average physical and mental calm of the results of the national music subscale and the average physical and mental calming subscale of the fast-paced national music of 40 minutes of exercise time(t=1.12,P=0.28).The music type had a significant effect on the average subjective physical sensation(RPE)landlord(P < 0.01).Post-mortem analysis showed that the average subjective physical sensation(RPE)of fast-paced rock music was significantly lower than the average subjective physical sensation(RPE)of fast-paced pop music under 60% maximum heart rate exercise intensity(P<0.01).And the average subjective physical sensation(RPE)of fast-paced pop music in 30-minute exercise time was not significantly different from the average subjective physical sensation(RPE)of fast-paced pop music in 40-minute exercise time(t=-0.84,P=0.41).The main effect of the music type on the average physiological fatigue subscale was significant(P<0.01).Post-mortem analysis showed that the average physiological fatigue scale of fast-paced pop music was significantly higher than that of fast-paced rock music with60% maximum heart rate(P<0.01);fast-paced rock music The average physiological fatigue subscale results were significantly lower than the fast-paced national music subscale results(P<0.01).The average physiological fatigue subscale results of fast-paced ethnic music with30-minute exercise time were not significantly different from the average physical fatigue of fast-paced national music with 40-minute exercise time(t=-1.98,P=0.06).The type of music was significantly positive for the average active input of the subscale results(P<0.01).Post-mortem analysis showed that the average positive input subscale results of fast-paced pop music were significantly lower than the average positive input subscale results of fast-paced rock music at 60% maximum heart rate(P<0.01);fast-paced rock musicThe average positive input to the subscale results was significantly higher than the positive input subscale results of fast-paced national music(P<0.01).And the 30-minute fast-paced pop music average positive input subscale results were not significantly different from the40-minute fast-paced pop music average positive input subscale results(t=1.36,P=0.19);30-minute fast-paced rock music average positive There was no significant difference between the results of the input subscale and the average positive input of the 40-minute fast-paced rock music(t=1.51,P=0.15);the average positive input of the 30-minute fast-paced folk music and the 40-minute fast-paced nationality There was no significant difference in the average positive input scores of music(t=1.32,P=0.21).(3)In terms of the main effect of exercise time, the main effect of exercise time on the average heart rate during exercise was significant(P<0.01).Post-mortem analysis showed that the average heart rate of the three types of music matched for 30 minutes of exercise time was significantly lower than the average heart rate of the matched 40-minute exercise time at 60%of maximum heart rate(P<0.01).The main effect of exercise time on mean subjective physical sensation(RPE)was significant(P<0.01).Post-mortem analysis showed that the average subjective physical sensation(RPE)of the three types of music matched for 30 minutes of exercise time was significantly lower than the average subjective physical sensation(RPE)of the matched40-minute exercise time at 60% maximum heart rate exercise intensity(P).<0.01).In 30 minutes of exercise time: the average subjective physical sensation(RPE)of fast-paced pop music is higher than the average subjective physical sensation(RPE)of fast-paced rock music(t=2.83,P<0.05).In 40 minutes of exercise time: the average subjective physical sensation(RPE)of fast-paced pop music is significantly higher than the average subjective physical sensation(RPE)of fast-paced rock music,(t=3.48,P<0.01);fast-paced rock music The mean subjective physical sensation(RPE)was significantly lower than the average subjective physical sensation(RPE)of fast-paced national music(t=-4.12,P<0.01).he main effect of exercise time on the average vitality excitation subscale results was significant(P<0.01).The results of post-mortem examination showed that under the 60%IXmaximum heart rate exercise intensity, the average vitality excitation subscale results of the three types of music matching 30 minutes of exercise time were significantly higher than the average vitality excitation subscale results of matching 40 minutes of exercise time(P<0.01).The main effect of exercise time on the average physiological fatigue subscale results was significant(P<0.01).The results of post hoc test showed that the average physical fatigue subscale of the three types of music matched 30 minutes of exercise time was significantly lower under 60% maximum heart rate exercise intensity. The average physiological fatigue subscale results for the 40-minute exercise time were matched(P < 0.01).In 40 minutes of exercise time, the average physical fatigue of fast-paced pop music was significantly higher than that of fast-paced rock music(t=4.26,P<0.01);the average physical fatigue of fast-paced rock music was significantly lower than that of fast-paced nationality. The average physical fatigue of music(t=-3.83,P<0.01).The main effect of exercise time on the average positive input subscale results was significant(P<0.05);the post-test analysis showed that the average positive input subscale results of the three types of music matching 30 minutes of exercise time were higher than the average of 40 minutes of exercise time. The results of the subscale were actively input(P<0.05).In the 30-minute exercise time, the average active input subscale results of fast-paced pop music were significantly lower than the average positive input subscale results of fast-paced rock music(t=-3.60,P<0.01);the average positive of fast-paced rock music The results of the input subscale were significantly higher than the average positive input subscale results of fast-paced ethnic music(t=3.25,P<0.01).In the 40-minute exercise time, the average active input subscale results of fast-paced pop music were lower than the positive input subscale results of fast-paced rock music(t=-2.13,P<0.05);the average positive input component of fast-paced rock music The table results were higher than the average positive input subscale results of fast-paced ethnic music(t=2.56,P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)Compared with fast-paced pop music and fast-paced folk music, matching fast-paced rock music can effectively extend running time, slow down the development of subjective fatigue feelings of exercisers in running, wake up and stimulateParticipants' positive emotions promote their active participation in exercise.(2)Compared to 40 minutes of exercise, the medium-intensity 30-minute running game matches fast-paced pop music,fast-paced rock music, and fast-paced folk music with improved subjective fatigue and subjective emotional effects that awaken the subject.Suggestion: In moderate intensity running,if the exercise time exceeds 30 minutes,it can be supplemented by fast rhythm rock music, which can effectively delay the occurrence of sports fatigue.
