| Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Mongolian medicine sulongga-4 Decoction in the treatment of infantile diarrhea,and to provide the basis forthetreatment of infantile diarrhea.Methods: from December 2018 to January 2020,72 children were randomly divided into observation group and control group,36 cases in each group,5 days as a course of treatment,a course of treatment.Before and after the treatment,the number of stools,stool characteristics,fever,vomiting,abdominal pain,appetite and dehydration were quantified.Spss23.0 was used for data statistical analysis.Results:(1)there was no significant difference in gender,age,course of disease,symptoms and physical signs between the two groups(P > 0.05).(2)In the observation group,36 cases were cured,12 cases were cured,17 cases were effective,4 cases were effective,3 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 91.67%;in the control group,36 cases were cured,5 cases were effective,18 cases were effective,7 cases were effective,6 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 83.33%,the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).(3)After treatment,there were significant differences between the two groups in total score,secondary symptoms(P < 0.05).The improvement of symptoms in the observation group was better than that in the control group.(4)There was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05),but the improvement of fever and vomiting was significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion: the Mongolian medicine sulongga-4 decoction has a better clinical effect in the treatment of children's diarrhea.It can obviously improve the clinical symptoms and signs of children with diarrhea.Although the effect is not different from that of montmorillonite powder,the effect of sulongga-4 Decoction on improving fever and vomiting is better than that of the control group. |
