| Objective: The purpose of this test is to find out the effect of Press needle in the treatment of Visual Display Terminal asthenopia(VDT),in order to enrich the VDT treatment methods,improve the treatment plan,and promote the clinical efficacy.Methods:The study selected out-patients who were diagnosed with VDT from March2019 to December 2019,It was conducted in 3 centers:Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Mianyang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital,in the Second People's Hospital of Pidu District,Chengdu.66 cases were selected from each group,a total of 198 cases.Multi-center,completely randomized grouping,blind design,positive drug control,and parallel group design were used.They were divided into three groups :Test group 1(Press needle combined with sodium hyaluronate eye drops),Test group 2(needle for bilateral sibai,sizhukong,cuanzhu),Control group(Sodium hyaluronate eye drops),they were all observated for 4weeks.Results: This study included 198 cases(396 eyes),66 cases(132 eyes)per center,and 26 cases dropped,Completed 172 cases(344 eyes),test group 1,60 cases(120 eyes),test group 2,56 cases(112 eyes),control group 56 cases(112 eyes),58 cases(116 eyes)were completed in the Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,58 cases(116 eyes)were completed in Mianyang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital,and 56 cases(112 eyes)were completed in the Second People's Hospital of Pidu District,Chengdu.(1)among the three groups the differences in age,gender,BUT-f,SIt,CFS,and Short-distance use of eyes time,and the symptoms of western medicine and TCM were not statistically significant(P> 0.05),they were comparable.(2)after treatment there were significant changes in Tear film break-up time(BUT),Schirmer I test(SIt),Corneal fluorescein staining(CFS),Short-distance use of eyes time.The symptoms of western medicine and TCM in group1 and group2 was P<0.01,control group 3 was P <0.05.(3)Comparison between each group: the difference between the test group 1 and the test group 2,the test group 2 and the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05);Compared with the test group 1 and the control group,the difference was remarkably statistically significant(P <0.01).(4)The patients in the three centers were treated by the experimental groups 1,2,and the control group.The Chinese and Western medical effects were not statistically significant(P> 0.05),and the efficacy was unbiased.(5)Comparison of traditional Chinese medicine efficacy: the total effective rate of the test group 1 was 81.7%,the apparent efficiency was 51.7%,the total effective rate of the test group 2 was 73.2%,the apparent efficiency was 19.6%,the total effective rate of the control group was 62.5%,the apparent efficiency was 0.00%,the test group 1 Compared with test group 2,the difference between test group 2 and control group was statistically significant(P <0.05);compared with test group 1 and control group,the difference was remarkably statistically significant(P <0.01),test group 1> test Group 2> Control group.(6)Western medicine effect: The total effective rate of the test group 1 was 80.0%,the significant efficiency was 43.3%,the total effective rate of the test group 2 was 71.4%,the apparent efficiency was 14.3%,the total effective rate of the control group was 51.8%,and the obvious efficiency was 0.0%.Comparison of efficacy between the three groups,test group 1 compared with test group 2,test group 2 compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05);test group 1 compared with the control group,the difference was remarkably statistically significant.(P < 0.01).Conclusion: From the results of the above tests,all of them are effective,but test group1 perform best.The study enriches VDT treatment methods,provides a more improved plan for clinical treatment,and has good clinical application value. |
