| Purpose: Through clinical observation, to determine the effect of filiform needle acupuncture with Sodium Hyaluronate Eye Drops treatment of dry eye syndrome of yin deficiency of liver and kidney of the exact, for the purpose of promotion, and lay the foundation for the clinical treatment of.Method: Retrospective case study. Analysis of the 2014 April 2013 03 months to 13 months in the Department of Ophthalmology the First Affiliated Hospital of ChangChun University of Chinese medicine(including patients in out-patient and in-patient department)in 120 cases(120 eyes) with dry eye syndrome of yin deficiency of liver and kidney. The patients were randomly divided into the treatment group, the control group(60), The treatment group by filiform needle acupuncture with Sodium Hyaluronate Eye Drops were observed, the control group only by Sodium Hyaluronate Eye Drops were observed, 1 course is set for 9 days after the 1 course of treatment, rest for 1 days, after 3 period of treatment is 1months after treatment. The observed indexes were recorded by hand(BUT, STT, FL), and carries on statislics analysis.Result: Data were analyzed through the observation of treatment results after 1 months,and after stopping treatment, 1 months, 2 months, 3 months for review, and to observe the indexes(BUT, STT, FL) again carries on the statistical analysis, results: the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group,(p<0.05) effect of clear,(p<0.05) before and after the treatment effect is clear, there are significant differences in efficacy,(p<0.01). The treatment group: 16 cases were cured, effective 40 cases, invalid93.33% cases only 4, the total efficiency of the control group, 6 cases were cured, 44 cases were effective, 10 patients ineffective, the total efficiency of 83.33%. Significant differences(p<0; 05) significantly.Conclusion: Acupuncture of doctor of traditional Chinese medicine is a traditional Chinese medical method, using needle through thorn treatment directly affect the disease,,according to the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine, combined liver kidney yin deficiency of dry eye symptoms treatment for patients with node show, 。 Filiform needle penetration needling combined with Sodium Hyaluronate Eye Drops for treatment of liverkidney yin deficiency of dry eye syndrome has better clinical curative effect, and has the advantages of simple operation, easy control, low cost, the effect is obvious, than the simple use of artificial tears have greater advantages, and has good clinical。With the in-depth study of the filiform needle penetration needling combined with Sodium Hyaluronate Eye Drops for treatment of liver kidney yin deficiency of dry eye will have a better development, provide more possibility for the treatment. |
