Curative Effect Observation Of Pranoprofen For Dry Eye After Cataract Operation

Objectives To discuss the function of pranoprofen for dry eye after cataract phaco emulsification,and its clinical effect to dry eye symptoms,tear film stability,breakup time of tear film,intraocular pressure,corneal edema?aqueous fluid turbid condition and best corrected vision acuity.Methods 102 cases patients with the operation of phacoemulsification and artificial lens(IOL)implanting from affiliated hospital of 6th hospital of Chengde were collected.The operation were done by the same doctor,and the artificial lens were came from the same brand,and the 5% compound tropicamide eye drops were used as mydriatic,the anesthetics were oxybuprocaine hydrochloride.All the patients were divided into study group(51 cases)and control group(51cases)and the incision were done at corneosclera edge,and the kerf width were 3.2mm,the fold artificial crystalline lens were implanted.The pranoprofen and sodium hyaluronate eye drops were combine used in study group,and sodium hyaluronate eye drops were only used in control group.The dry eye syndrome questionnaire survey,SIt,BUT cornea fluorescein staining(CFS),intraocular pressure,aqueous fluid turbid condition,corrected visual acuity,corneal edema condition of the two groups at 1d,7d,30 d,90d after operation were compared.Results1?There were statistical differences of dry eye symptom score condition of the two groups at 1d after operation(P>0.05).Dry eye symptom score condition of the two groups at 7d,30 d and 90 d after operation(P<0.05).2?There were statistical differences of SIT(P<0.05),condition of the two groups at 1d after operation(P>0.05).no statistical differences of intraocular pressure condition,aqueous fluid turbid condition,SIT condition of the two groups at 7d,30 d and 90 d after operation(P<0.05).3?There were no statistical differences of cornea fluorescein staining(CFS)condition of the two groups at 1d after operation(P>0.05).There were statistical differences of the two groups.cornea fluorescein staining(CFS)condition of the two groups at 7d,30 d and 90 d after operation(P<0.05).4?There were no statistical differences of BUT condition of the two groups at 1d and7 d after operation(P>0.05).There were statistical differences of the two groups.BUT condition of the two groups at 30 d and 90 d after operation(P<0.05).5?There were no statistical differences of corrected visual acuity condition of the two groups at 1d,7d,30 d,90d after operation(P<0.05).6?There were no statistical differences of intraocular pressure condition of the two groups at 1d,7d,30 d,90d after operation(P>0.05).7?There were statistical differences of aqueous fluid turbid condition at different time quantum in study group and control group at 1d,7d,and 30d(P<0.05),but no statistical differences in control group at 90d(P>0.05).8?There were statistical differences of cornea fluorescent staining detection at different time quantum in study group and control group at 1d,7d,and 30d(P<0.05),but no statistical differences in control group at 90d(P>0.05).ConclusionsThe combine used of pranoprofen and sodium hyaluronate eye drops can efficacious remission the ocular region symptom after the cataract operation compared sodium hyaluronate eye drops lonely used which can stability the ocular surface film,relieve the inflammatory reaction,shorten the repair time of corneal edema.
