Observation Of Clinical Efficacy Of Chuzhen Therapy Combine With Microwave In Treating Liver And Kidney Deficiency Type Lumbar Disc Herniation

Purpose:Find a safer and more effective Chinese medicine treatment method for middle-aged and elderly patients with liver and kidney deficiency type lumbar disc herniation.Methods:In this study,90 patients with liver and kidney deficiency type lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into three groups,namely Chuzhen therapy group,microwave group and Chuzhen therapy combined microwave group,with 30 cases in each group.The Chuzhen therapy group took the eight points of Mìngmén GV4,the eight points of Y?oyánggu?n GV3,the Hechelu point of a length from Mìngmén GV4 to Chángqiáng GV1 and cooperated with Huántiào GB30,Chéngfú BL36?W?izh?ng BL40?Chéngsh?n BL57 on both sides and other points,and used the manipulation of Diankou(tapping on the points)? Yunzhuan(Close to the skin to make a circular motion from the inside out)?Shengjiang(Press it on your skin and push it up and down).The microwave group used the continuous three-dimensional mode(3D mode)of the microwave therapeutic instrument to irradiate the lesion site continuously.The combination of Chuzhen therapy and microwave therapy was the first therapy followed by microwave therapy.All three groups received 4 courses of treatment.The changes of JOA,ODI,SF-MPQ and clinical efficacy before,after and one month after treatment were observed.Result:After four weeks of treatment,the three groups showed significant improvement in JOA,ODI and SF-MPQ.One month after the treatment,the three groups still showed significant improvement in JOA,ODI and SF-MPQ.After treatment,there were differences in all the indexes between the groups,the Chuzhen therapy combined microwave group showed significant improvement compared with the single treatment group in many indexes.Conclusion:1?Chuzhen therapy and microwave treatment of liver and kidney deficiency of lumbar disc herniation has a good effect2?The Chuzhen therapy combined microwave group showed significant improvement compared with the single treatment group3?Chuzhen therapy,microwave and Chuzhen therapy combine with microwave are all the safe and effective methods to treat the prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc with deficiency of liver and kidney.
