| Objective:This subject intends to observe the clinical effect of abdominal and dorsal Yin and Yang combined with acupoints in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation with liver and kidney deficiency, and evaluate the effect,so as to provide a diagnosis and treatment idea for lumbar intervertebral disc herniation with liver and kidney deficiency. Methods : To select 60 patients with hepatic and renal deficiency lumbar intervertebral disc herniation according to the diagnosis and standard of acupuncture and acupuncture in the third hospital of Shanxi Middle School of Chinese Medicine, the patients were divided into treatment group and control group by completely randomized method. The control group was divided into the treatment group.Conventional acupoint selection treatment,Main points: liver Yu,kidney Yu,Taixi, large intestine Yu,Yao Yangguan, life door; The treatment group selected the method of "abdominal back yin and Yang with points" to select points for treatment. On the basis of the main points of the control group,Tianshu, water, waterway, air sea,and Guanyuan were added.Among them, the abdominal acupuncture points in the treatment group did not leave needles, and the back acupuncture points were in the control group. The needles were left for 30 minutes and 5 times a week(1 course)for a total of 3 courses.By comparing the two groups before and after the treatment, the lower degree of lumbar pain score, lumbar JOA score and its efficacy evaluation were determined.Results:1.After three courses of treatment, the two groups decreased in the degree of pain, and the idea of "abdominal back yin and Yang coordination method" and the general acupoint selection to reduce the liver and kidney deficiency type lumbar intervertebral disc herniation lumbar pain were effective(P = 0.000<0.05);The difference between the two groups in pain was 4.22 ± 1.04 and 3.27 ± 1.13,respectively,and the reduction of the degree of back pain was more significant(P = 0.002<0.05).2.In the two groups, there was a significant improvement in the post-treatment score in 3 areas of lumbar comprehensive score, which showed that the "abdominal back yin andYang acupoint method" and the control group had a significant effect on improving the patients ’lumbar comprehensive function(P<0.05);However,after 3 comparisons between the lumbar spine scores, the effect of the "abdominal back yin and Yang acupoint method" was better after the treatment(P<0.05);The two treatment methods have a benign adjustment effect on the overall score of lumbar spine, but they have better effects on daily life activities and improve patients ’self-conscious symptoms than improving clinical signs.3.After three courses of treatment and follow-up,it was found that the apparent efficiency after the treatment of the "abdominal back yin and Yang method" was 69.0 %,the recurrence rate was 3.84 %,the apparent efficiency of the control group was 41.4 %,and the recurrence rate was 12.00 %.Conclusion: By comparing the data before and after the treatment of the two groups,it was explained that the treatment of "abdominal back yin and Yang with points method" and the control group were all effective, which greatly relieved the lumbar pain of patients with liver and kidney deficiency lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.Improve the patient’s waist activity and daily life quality. However, the point selection method of "abdominal back yin and Yang coordination method" has a more obvious effect in reducing pain and improving the patient’s lumbar JOA score. The application of "abdominal back yin and Yang coordination method" in the treatment of liver and kidney deficiency lumbar disc herniation is better. The long-term effect is better.Worth promoting. |
