Clinical Observation On The Curative Effect In The Cold-dampness Lumbar Disc Protrusion By The Treatment Of Chu Needle And Microwave Therapy

Lumbar disc herniation causes main symptoms like low back pain and radiating ache in underbody because of lumbar disc protrudes to the back and lumbar nerve root,and it has a high incidence in our country and makes those who suffer from it with chronic hassles in physical and mental health.Objective:To observe the effect of Chu needle combined with microwave therapy,Chu needle therapy and microwave therapy to cure Lumbar disc herniation and to provide the clinical basis.Methods:60 patients all collected from Teaching hospital of Chendu University of TCM who are diagnosed as Lumbar disc herniation were equally and randomly divided into Chu needle combined with microwave therapy group,Chu needle therapy group and microwave therapy group.The patients were received the therapy for a month that they should receive sorted by which group they belonged to.After the one-month curing and after the therapy accomplished for a month,making a comparative analysis and evaluating the curative effect by SF-MPQ and JOA scales.Results:After the one-month curing,the patients in three groups all accepted curative effect.After the therapy accomplished for a month,the patients in three groups all accepted stable curative effect.Conclusion:It has curative effect that is stable with the therapy of Chu needle,microwave therapy and both therapy combined.
