Study On Mechanism Of Treatment Of Lumbar Disc Herniation(Liver And Kidney Deficiency And Stasis)

Objective: For further exploration of traditional Chinese medicine of lumbar disc herniation(Chinese medicine called back pain)clinical curative effect,provide theoretical support for the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,under the guidance of the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine,aims at objective evaluation of neck waist strong bone capsule treatment of lumbar disc herniation(liver and kidney kui deficiency and stasis type)of clinical curative effect.Methods: All the cases were obtained from the orthopedic outpatient department and treatment area of the Third Affiliated Clinical Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2021 to November 2022.It is planned to observe 80 cases,and in order to prevent the cases from shedding,to increase the cases by20% on this basis,so 96 cases actually need to be included.Randomization method:Complete randomization method: This clinical study adopts complete randomization method,which was randomly assigned to different groups according to the chronological order of patients entering the study.In the clinical study,96 patients(treatment group: 48,control group: 48)were randomized by 1:1 randomization method using SPSS statistics.Patients in the treatment group were treated with cervical and lumbar strong bone capsule,with oral administration.6 pills once,3 times a day;1 course for two weeks,2 consecutive courses.The control group adopts cervical yaokang capsule(manufacturer: Revised Pharmaceutical Group Co.,LTD.,approved document number: Z20025230),oral mouth after meals,3 times a time,3 times a day,or follow the doctor’s advice.Take it continuously for a month.The improvement of TCM symptoms in patients was evaluated by the TCM syndrome quantification scale;the improvement of pain by the pain visual score(VAS);and the improvement of pain,limb function and physical signs in patients with lumbar disc herniation by the improved JOA score.Two data sets were contrasted.Results: During the course of the experiment,The observation group finally collected31 cases,The control group had a final collection of 31 cases,Finally,62 subjects were included;Sex,age,and disease course were tested by chi-square test,rank sum test,independent sample t-test before treatment,There was no statistical difference between the treatment group and the control group(P> 0.05),Be comparable,The VAS score,JOA score,and TCM syndrome quantification table were assessed by the rank sum test,and independent sample t-test before treatment,None of them were statistically different(P>0.05),Be comparable;LBP JOA scores were compared at one month of treatment,Significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P <0.05),No significant difference was found between the treatment group and the control group after one month of treatment(P> 0.05);Compared with the pre-treatment group,The VAS score,JOA score,and TCM syndrome quantification table score were significantly decreased in both groups after treatment,The differences were all statistically significant(P <0.05);By the end of the treatment session,There was no significant difference in the efficacy comparison between the two groups(P> 0.05),However,the total response rate in the treatment group was 93.55%(29 / 31)higher than 87.10%(27 / 31)in the control group(P>0.05 difference was not statistically significant),The curative and effective number of patients in the treatment group was also higher than that in the control group;No adverse effects occurred in either group.Conclusion: For the treatment of liver and kidney deficiency and stasis of lumbar disc herniation,neck waist strong bone capsule and neck waist kang capsule have good curative effect,effectively improve the waist leg pain,lumbar function,greatly improve the pain,is a kind of high feasibility,no trauma,safe and effective,economical,a kind of Chinese patent medicine,is worth extensive research and promotion.
