Based On Data Analysis To Explore The Rule Of Treatment And Medication Characteristics Of Acne Treated By Professor Gao Ziping

Objective: By collecting and sorting out the records of the etiology,pathogenesis and treatment of acne in ancient medical books,and combining with the data mining of tutor's prescription,this paper summarizes the principle of the treatment of acne of professor Gao Ziping,analyzes the characteristics of medication,the inheritance and innovation of ancient physicians,explains the tutor's opinion on the treatment of acne,abstracts and inherits the effective experience of the tutor in the treatment of acne,sorts the prescriptions and classic drug pairs to guide Clinicians' treatment.Methods: After three years' visit with the tutor,author collected notes and studied the medication methods and rules of the tutor,summarized the diagnosis and treatment process of the tutor in the treatment of acne and discussed the difficulties in treatment with the tutor;collected 252 pieces of the first complete prescription of traditional Chinese medicine for acne patients by the tutor in the dermatology clinic of Chengdu University of traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated Hospital of Sichuan Province from January 2019 to December 2019,and used Microsoft Excel worksheet records statistics,analyzes and summarizes the basic information of high-frequency drugs(efficacy,four Qi and five flavor,main and collateral channels)with frequency > 40 used in the medical records of acne treatment,and makes statistics on the composition of basic prescriptions,so as to extract the differentiation and treatment ideas of the tutor for acne.Result:1.The total pathogenesis of acne is "heat,toxin,phlegm and blood stasis".According to the disease position and heat potential of pathogenic heat,it can be divided into lung meridian wind heat syndrome,spleen stomach damp heat syndrome,heat toxin hyperactivity syndrome,as well as the syndrome of no adjustment of Chong and Ren,deficiency of liver and kidney yin,etc.The treatment is to clear away heat,detoxify and cool blood,expel pus,disperse stasis.2.Sorting out the frequency results of tutor's prescription medication,the efficacy of medication is mainly heat clearing drugs,followed by discharge of pus,dissipation of stasis,cold in the four Qi,followed by temperature,the five flavors are mainly bitter,pungent and sweet,and the five meridians of liver,lung,stomach,heart and spleen are the main meridians.3.The basic prescription is Jiajian Xiebai powder,zhaqupingwei powder,Huanglian Jiedu Decoction,Xiaohuang pill,which are combined with the classic medicine pairs of eliminating pus and swelling,resolving phlegm and resolving stasis,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.4.Pay attention to external treatment and improvement of life-style.Conclusion:1.On the basis of inheriting the etiology,pathogenesis and treatment of acne by ancient doctors,and combining with their own decades of clinical experience,the tutor thinks that the total pathogenesis of acne is "heat,toxin,phlegm and blood stasis",and the treatment is mainly to clear heat,detoxify,cool blood,discharge pus,remove stasis.2.It is consistent with the pathogenesis and treatment principles of acne.3.The basic prescription of tutor for acne treatment is Jiajian Xiebai powder,zhaquopingwei powder,Huanglian Jiedu Decoction and Xiaohuang pill,which are consistent with the general treatment idea.4.The tutor selects the prescription and medicine more precisely than ancient physicians.One prescription and one medicine are often used for more than one purposes.The tutor's diagnosis and treatment are carried out from many aspects.5.The tutor has original opinions on the treatment of acne by using traditional Chinese medicine theory.The diagnosis advocates the combination of disease differentiation and dialectics,the combination of local dialectics(skin lesions)and Overall Dialectics(eight principles),the combination of internal treatment and external treatment as well as prevention and care.
