Based On Data Mining Technology To Analyze The Ancient Literature On The Treatment Of Pulmonary Wind Acne

Purpose:This paper adopted the method of data mining analyzed medication characteristics and regulation of ancient Chinese medicine literature in the treatment of fei-feng acne,so as to provide references for clinical treatment of fei-feng acne,and to explore new treatment ideas.Material and method:Using the Chinese medical classics as the main retrieval tool,the prescriptions of fei-feng acne from the Jin dynasty to the Qing dynasty were searched.According to statistical methods and inclusion and exclusion criteria,the database was established by inputting the collected prescriptions of fei-feng acne into the "traditional Chinese medicine inheritance assistance platform software".The frequency of medication for fei-feng acne and the four natures and five flavors of the Chinese herbs were statistically analyzed,and core drugs and new prescriptions were generated on this basis.Results:By means of analyzing 129 prescriptions and 199 traditional Chinese medicines,the top 10 frequency of drugs were licorice,Saposhnicovia divaricate,Scutellaria baicalensis,Sophora flavescens,gardenia,Rhizoma Chuanxiong,fructus aurantii,radix platycodi,Ginseng,radix angelicae dahuricae.Cold drugs and warm drugs were mainly used to treat hung wind.Bitter taste of the most common drugs;It mainly belongs to lung meridian,stomach meridian,liver meridian,spleen meridian.And using "the law of the formula analysis" section,forming 27 common medicine pairs,which uses frequency higher than fifteen groups: licorice,Saposhnicovia divaricate;Scutellaria baicalensis,Saposhnicovia divaricate;Scutellaria baicalensis,licorice;Saposhnicovia divaricate,fructus aurantii;licorice,cortex Mori Radicis;gardenia,licorice;Rhizoma Chuanxiong,licorice;licorice,radix platycodi.Through the unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering algorithm,24 core combinations and 12 new formulae were studied,such as 1: radix aucklandiae,Musk,Areca catechu,Lysimachia foenum-graecum Hance.2: Fineleaf Schizonepeta Herb,licorice,Fritillaria cirrhosa,radix platycodi,Schisandra chinensis.3: Cornu Saigae Tataricae,Gentiana macrophylla,rhinoceros horn,rhubarb.4: Saposhnicovia divaricate,garter snake,notopterygium root,dictamni cortex.5: fructus forsythiae,Scutellaria baicalensis,Rhizoma Chuanxiong,carthamus tinctorius.6: pinellia ternate,radix angelicae dahuricae,rhizoma zingiberis,herba schizonepetae,fructus forsythiae,coptis chinensis.7: dried rehmannia root,moutan bark,fructus lycii,platycladi seed.8: radix bupleuri,periostracum cicadae,camphor.9: scrophulariae,adenophora tetraphylla,rhizoma typhonii,Ginseng,dictamni cortex.10: ginger,citrus,poria cocos,rush.11: fructus Viticis,schizonepetaspike,clematis chinensis,ephedra,ginger processed pinellia.12: radix peucedani,atractylodes macrocephala koidz,Cassia twig,Stephania tetrandra.Conclusion:1.On the whole,ancient doctors focus on using cold medicine and warm medicine together,combining bitter and acrid,protecting yang qi of spleen and stomach,to treat fei-feng acne.Cold medicine and warm medicine,bitter drugs and acrid drugs and sweet drugs are mainly used.And lung meridian and stomach meridian are frequently used to treat fei-feng acne.2.Ancient doctors lay emphasis on removing pathogens,assist to help the weak.Scutellaria baicalensis,gardenia,goldthread and sophora flavescens are selected to clear heat.Cortex Mori Radicis and radix platycodi are selected to purge the lung and reduce phlegm.Saposhnicovia divaricate,notopterygium root and tribulus are selected to dispel wind.Blood-activating and stasis-eliminating drugs and qi-regulating drugs,such as rhizoma Chuanxiong,fructus aurantii,are selected to treat a long duration or repeated episodes of fei-feng ance;To remove pathogens,licorice is used in combination.To help the weak,adenophora tetraphylla and Ginseng are mainly used to invigorating spleen and replenishing qi.3.Based on the unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering algorithm,new prescriptions are used to clear the lung and stomach heat,dissipate phlegm and resolve masses,dissolve stasis and resolve masses,reinforce deficiency and help the weak as the main treatment.New prescriptions focus on removing pathogens,and differ from the compositions of traditional classics prescriptions.These prescriptions also have something in common.New prescription 6 and 10 are mainly based on erchen soup and schizonepeta and forsythia decoction.On the whole new prescriptions conform to the therapeutic principles of fei-feng ance,and provide a new way of selecting prescription and medicine for clinical treatment.
