Clinical Experimental Study On The Treatment Of Chronic Heart Failure With Mongolian Medicine QingxinChenxiang-8 Powder

ObjectiveBy observing the clinical efficacy of Mongolian medicine Qingxin Chenxiang-8 Powder in the treatment of chronic heart failure,this paper provides experimental basis for Mongolian medicine QingxinChenxiang-8 Powder in the treatment of chronic heart failure,and improves the clinical application range of Qingxin Chenxiang-8 PowderMethodsForty patients who met the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria for chronic heart failure were selected from the outpatient and inpatient departments of the Mongolian medicine department of the affiliated hospital of Inner Mongolia medical university.Both groups were given the necessary routine treatment according to the actual situation of the patients.Patients in the experimental group were given oral Qingxin Chenxiang-8 Powder,2 times a day,3 g each time.In the control group,Qiliqiangxin Capsule were taken orally,4 capsules,3 times a day.Respectively in before and 3 months after treatment,observed the two groups of patients with serum NTpro-BNP and Left Ventricular Ejection Fraction(LVEF),the Quantification Table of Main Symptoms and Signs,Lee's heart failure scoring method,Minnesota Living with Heart Failure Questionnaire(MLHFQ),cardiac function NYHA classification,6-Minute Walk Test(6MWT)the change of the index,in order to evaluate the sedative aloes eight taste the curative effect of treatment of chronic heart failure.Results1.After taking the Mongolian medicine QingxinChenxiang-8 Powder,the patients serum NTpro-BNP,Lee's scoring method,the quality of life of Minnesota Living with Heart Failure Questionnaire.(MLHFQ),the Quantification Table of Main Symptoms and Signs of value are decreased and significant difference(P<0.05),Left Ventricular Ejection Fraction(LVEF)significantly increased(P<0.05),cardiac function NYHA classification and 6-Minute Walk Test(6MWT)are improved,with significant difference(P<0.05)2.After taking the traditional Chinese medicine Qiliqiangxin Capsulecapsul,the patients serum NTpro-BNP,Lee's scoring method,the quality of life of Minnesota Living with Heart Failure Questionnaire.(MLHFQ),the Quantification Table of Main Symptoms and Signs of value are decreased and significant difference(P<0.05),Left Ventricular Ejection Fraction(LVEF)significantly increased(P<0.05),cardiac function NYHA classification and 6-Minute Walk Test(6MWT)are improved,with significant difference(P<0.05).3.There was no significant difference on reducing serum NTpro-BNP,Lee's intergral,MLHFQ and Quantification Table of Main Symptoms and Signs,improving LVEF,NYHA grade,and 6MWT between th eQingxinChenxiang-8 Powder and Qiliqiangxin Capsulecapsul(P>0.05).Conclusion1.Mongolian Medicine Qingxin Chenxiang-8 Powder improves heart function and the quality of living by eliminating edema and improving respiratory function.2.Qingxin Chenxiang-8 Powder has the same therapeutic effect in the treatment of chronic heart failure as Qili Qiangxin Capsule in the control group.3.the treatment of chronic heart failure with Mongolian medicine Qingxin Chenxiang-8 Powder,the clinical effect is remarkable and the side effect is less,so the clinical application should be improved.
