The Clinical Efficacy Of Kaixin Powder In The Treatment Of Chronic Heart Failure Combined With Depression (heart And Spleen Deficiency Syndrome)

Purpose:Observing the clinical efficacy of Kaixin Powder in the treatment of chronic heart failure with depressionof heart and spleen deficiency type.Material:Collection of 2016.03-2017.03 Second Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Department of Cardiology 2 with chronic heart failure with depression inclusion criteria for the ward and outpatient patients in 60 cases,according to random number table method were randomly divided into trial group and control group 30 cases each.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine for chronic heart failure.The experimental group was treated with Kaixin San decoction on the basis of conventional treatment.Patients in the trial group based on conventional treatment combined with Kaixin San decoction.28 days for a course of treatment.The NT-pro BNP values were measured before and after treatment.The clinical efficacy of the two treatment regimens was observed by the TCM syndrome score table,the depression scale(SDS)and the Minnesota Heart Failure Scale.SPSS17.0 statistical software was used to analyze the data.The count data were measured by X2 test.The measurement data were measured by T test and the nonparametric rank sum test was used for the grade data.Results:1.The efficacy of TCM syndrome: the experimental group and the control group after treatment,the symptoms have improved,the test group was significantly better than the control group(P <0.05).2.Improving the symptoms of depression:The scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P <0.05),and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).3.Improving heart failure symptoms and physical and chemical indicators: The scores of NT-pro BNP and Minnesota's heart failure quality were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion:1.Kaixin Powder can improve the chronic heart failure with depressionof heart and spleen deficiency type in patients with depression and heart failure symptoms,improve patient quality of life.2.For patients with chronic heart failure with depression,through the treatment of depression,the patient's heart failure symptoms can be improved,quality of life has been significantly improved.
