Observation On The Therapeutic Effect Of Acupoint Injection Of VB12 Based On Ziwu Liuzhu Method In The Treatment Of Thirsty Bi Syndrome (Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type)

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Ziwu Liuzhu theory and VB₁₂ acupoint injection in the treatment of Bi syndrome of Xiaoke disease?Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome?.To explore the clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine acupoint injection and Western medicine combined innovation,timing,fixed point treatment of thirsty Bi syndrome?Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome?effectiveness and safety.It provides a new clinical treatment idea for the treatment of Bi syndrome of diabetes by using the theory of Ziwu Liuzhu.Methods:From January 2019 to January 2020,70 outpatients and inpatients with diabetes Bi syndrome?Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome?were Completely and randomly group into 2 groups.In the test group,35 patients were injected with VB₁₂ at the acupoint from 9 am to 11 am and at?Yin ling quan?.In the control group,35 patients were treated by intramuscular injection of VB₁₂ into gluteus maximus muscle from 15:00 to 17:00.Twice a week?Monday,Thursday?for four weeks.Before and after treatment,we used MDNS,TCSS,CSIT,TCM syndrome score and nerve conduction velocity to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety.Results:1.At 4 weeks after treatment,meridian lingers acupoint injection group?treatment group?and muscle injection group?control group?in the two groups of patients MDNS,TCSS,CSIT and TCM syndrome score,comparison,the results are lower than before,and the extent of the treatment group than the control group is more apparent,with obvious difference?P<0.05?.2.After two different treatment methods,SCV and MCV were increased compared with those before treatment,and NCV of the experimental group was more obvious increased than that of another group?P<0.05?.3.After treatment,the two groups were compared in terms of each curative effect index?P<0.05?.4.After treatment,the comparison of the two groups total effective treatment group total effective rate was 87.88%,control group total effective rate was 78.13%,with statistical significance?P<0.05?,the experimental group is better than the control group.5.In the two groups of patients before and after treatment had no adverse reaction,good tip point injection and muscle injection safety.Conclusion:This study proves the safety and effectiveness of acupoint injection?yinlingquan?in the treatment of diabetes Bi syndrome?Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome?by using the theory of Ziwu Liuzhu theory.It provides a broader idea for the treatment of DPN by the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine,suggesting that Ziwu Liuzhu theory is an important method and means in the treatment of diabetes Bi syndrome by acupoint injection.
