The Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of CGN With Kun Xian Capsule

Objective: On the basis of conventional Western medicine treatment,the outlook Chakun cents capsule 24-hour urine protein,syndromes integral treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis and other laboratory parameters to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Kun Xian Capsule for provide the basis for clinical use.Method: according to this test of the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,the choice of82 cases of patients with chronic,randomly divided into two groups(n = 41)and control group(n = 41),the test group received irbesartan combined Kun Xian capsule linking treatment,control group were receiving treatment irbesartan at 3 months a course of treatment.Comprehensive clinical efficacy were observed before and after treatment of the subject,symptom scores,24-hour urinary protein,urine protein,urine red blood cell count,urine occult blood,kidney function,liver function,blood clotting,blood pressure and other indicators,and record impact of two treatment regimens on these parameters and clinical symptoms of adverse reactions,analyzed by statistical methods.Results:(1)The total effective rate of the test group was 82.9%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 61.0%.The data of the two groups were differences after statistical analysis(P <0.05).The clinical therapeutic effect of the test group was significantly better than that of the contrast group;(2)TCM symptoms test group total effective rate was 93.0% in the control group TCM symptoms total effective rate was58.5 %%,comparing two sets of data(P <0.05),with statistical significance,the test group than TCM syndrome group;(3)experimental group after treatment syndromes different sets of data show that the proteinuria can be reduced,and the test group than the control group(P <0.05);(4)test before and after treatment of urinary red blood cell count,was statistically significant(P <0.05),red blood cell count in control before and after treatment of urinary comparison,no significant(P> 0.05);compare data between two groups underwent treatment groups was not statistically significant(P> 0.05);(5)after the coagulation treatment groups,liver function,renal function data no significant change was not statistically significant(P> 0.05);(6)incidence of adverse reactions Kun Xian treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis about 19.5%,of which there gastrointestinal symptoms such as nausea,4 cases of vomiting,the incidence is about 9.7%,irregular menstruation or menopause women three cases,the incidence rate of about 7.3%,3 cases of dizziness and discomfort The incidence rate was about 7.3%,a transient transaminase elevation of Example 1,the incidence is about 2.5%;In the control group,there were 5cases of dizziness and discomfort,and the incidence rate was 12.10%.Conclusion:(1)Kunxian capsule combined with irbesartan tablets can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and reduce the number of urinary protein and have a effect on reducing urine red blood cell count;(2)Kunxian capsule has no obvious liver and kidney toxicity,and has certain digestive tract reactions and reproductive toxicity.Can be used under clinical monitoring.
