Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Chronic Glomerulonephritis(Lung And Kidney Qi Deficiency Type) With Modified Yupingfeng Powder Combined With Insecticide

Objective: In this paper,through experimental research,in-depth analysis of the clinical application value of Jiawei Yupingfeng powder and insect drugs,mainly discusses the effect of the drug for the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis,and summarizes its characteristics,so as to provide new ideas and reference for clinical disease treatment.Methods: This paper first collected the data of patients who received treatment in the hospital from December 2018 to December 2020,and then screened them.78 patients who met the requirements of this study were divided into two groups,the western medicine group was the conventional treatment group,with a total of 39cases;the other group was given western medicine + Jiawei Yupingfeng powder,with a total of 39 cases,,western medicine + flavored yupinfeng powder insect medicine group(treatment group),39 cases for 12 weeks of clinical observation,the observed before and after treatment of TCM syndrome integral,serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen,24-hour urine protein,urine red blood cell count,quantitative indexes of glomerular filtration rate changes make the synthetic evaluation of curative effect and safety evaluation.After sorting out the data,SPSS25.0 statistical software was used for data analysis.Result:(1)The total effective rate of the control group was 76.3%,P=0.003 less than 0.05,.(2)After the combined therapy intervention,the total effective rate of TCM syndrome was 89.7%;the probability of the other group was 73.7%,P = 0.000,less than 0.05,the difference was statistically significant,it can be seen that the former treatment has more significant effect.(3)After a period of intervention,the number of red blood cells in urine of the two groups were compared.After statistics,it was found that P was not more than 0.05,with significant difference.Therefore,the curative effect of combined therapy was more accurate.(4)After treatment,the comparison of serum cystatin C between the treatment group and the control group(P=0.919 > 0.05)showed no statistical significance.(5)After a period of intervention,the renal function(BUN,SCR),liver function(alt,AST)P of the two groups were greater than 0.05,and the data of the two groups were close.(6)After a period of intervention,the activated partial thromboplastin time of the two groups was not more than 0.05,indicating that the difference was large;after a period of intervention,the prothrombin time(PT)of the two groups was not more than 0.05,indicating that the data of the two groups were close.(7)The liver function of the patients was normal after liver protection and symptomatic treatment.Three cases had mild diarrhea with unformed stools,and the number of stools was 2-3..No obvious adverse reactions were observed in the other patients during the treatment.Conclusion:(1)The treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis(lung and kidney qi deficiency type)with modified Yupingfeng powder and insecticides can significantly reduce proteinuria erythrocytes;(2)In this paper,the combined therapy intervention of chronic glomerulonephritis,after statistics found that the treatment of TCM syndrome curative effect is significant;(3)In this paper,the combined therapy intervention of chronic glomerulonephritis(lung and kidney qi deficiency type)in clinical observation,the side effect is small,the prognosis of patients is ideal,has high application value.
