Clinical Observation Of Ru Xian Kang Capsule Combined With Tamoxifen In The Treatment Of Phlegm And Blood Stasis Type Milk Fever

Objective:By comparing the clinical efficacy of Ru Xian Kang capsule combined with tamoxifen citrate and tamoxifen citrate alone in the treatment of phlegm-stasis mammary gland disease,such as breast pain,breast mass size,sex hormone level and TCM symptoms,to explore the inhibitory effect of Ru Xian Kang capsule on mammary gland disease and its possible mechanism.In order to explore the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of milk addiction safe and feasible treatment.Methods:According to the random number table method,60 patients who met the criteria of sputum and blood stasis milk addiction were divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with tamoxifen citrate,and the treatment group was treated with Ru Xian Kang capsule combined with tamoxifen citrate.The clinical effect was observed for 3 menstrual cycles.The changes of breast pain,breast lump size,sex hormone levels and TCM symptoms were observed and recorded before and after taking medicine for 3 menstrual cycles in 2 groups.Results:1.Comparison of total clinical effective rate:after three menstrual cycles,the total effective rate of the treatment group(Ru Xian Kang capsule combined with tamoxifen citrate)was 96.55%,and that of the control group(tamoxifen citrate)was 78.57%.Chi-square test showed that?~2=10.75,P=0.013,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.2.Comparison of TCM syndrome scores:Compared with before treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms(chest tightness,irritability,irregular menstruation,and blood stasis symptoms(menstrual blood clots)in the two groups decreased after three menstrual cycles,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The improvement of TCM syndrome score in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Comparison of breast pain:compared with before treatment,breast pain in both groups improved three menstrual cycles after treatment,and the efficacy of the two groups was similar(P>0.05).4.Comparison of the size of breast lumps:compared with before treatment,the size of breast lumps in both groups improved three menstrual cycles after treatment,and the efficacy of both groups was similar(P>0.05).5.Comparison of sex hormone levels:Compared with before treatment,FSH,LH,E2,PRL and P were improved in both groups after three menstrual cycles,and the efficacy of both groups was similar(P>0.05).Conclusion(s):1.The clinical effect of Ru Xian Kang capsule combined with tamoxifen citrate therapy on the treatment of phlegm and blood stasis mutual milk addiction should be better than tamoxifen citrate alone.2.Ru Xian Kang capsule combined with tamoxifen citrate may have a definite synergistic effect on the treatment of phlegm-stasis interaction milk addiction,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
