Clinical Observation On 52 Cases Of Chronic Glomerulonephritis Treated By Yupingfeng Granule Combined With Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objective:Research on the evaluation of jade screen particles conditioning the qi-insufficiency constitution, reducing and preventing colds,to prevent the recurrence of chronic glomerulonephritis, slow down disease progression,and confirmed the effect of constitutional conditioning to prevent diseases.Methods:52 cases of chronic nephritis patients, which conform to the diagnosis of chronic nephritis,with qi-insufficiency constitution and repeated cold,were randomized divided into treatment group and the control group,each group had 26 cases.The control group was given the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation, The treatment group was given the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and jade screen particles (specification:5g/bag,3 times a day,1 bag a time). General data analysis were performed before treatment,including the gender,age,BMI, duration, course of colds, urinary protein, urinary occult blood, scores of constitution etc. Two groups both had a course of 3 months. Observe two groups the times of having cold, constitution total score and the physical symptom scores, urine protein, urine occult blood index changes before and after treatment.Results:1. Included patients, female patients were more than male patients, the onset age of chronic nephritis patients is mainly middle-aged.2. Compare with the number of people who having colds of two groups, the treatment group total number of people who having colds are significantly less than the control group,and the effective rate of treatment group (61.54%)was higher than that in the control group (30.77%),the treatment group and control group efficient was statistically significant (P<0.01), the treatment group in preventing colds, reduce the number of cold is better than that in control group.3. constitution total score of two groups are reduced in different degree after the treatment(P<0.01), and reducing degree of constitution scores of the treatment group was better than that of control group (P<0.05).4. Symptoms of the two groups include fatigue, shortness of breath, palpitation,dizziness, sweating were significantly improved(P<0.01), the treatment group is improved the symptoms like dizziness, being quiet and easy to having cold(P<0.05), the control group had no significant effect (P>0.05)。 The treatment group to improve the symptoms of easy to having cold was significantly more than the control group.5. The urinary protein and the urinary occult blood of the two groups were reduced after the treatment, and the treatment is effective (P< 0.05). the effective rates of urinary protein. (68.75%)and the urinary occult blood (63.63%) of the treatment group were higher than that of control group(the effective rates of urinary protein is 40.00%, the effective rates of urinary occult blood is 42.85%), but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05). The total effective rate of the treatment group (76.92%) was higher than that of the control group (53.84%),but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:1. Jade screen particles can prevent colds, reduce times of having colds.2. Jade screen particles can reduce the qi-insufficiency constitution scores, and improve the symptoms of qi-insufficiency constitution.3. The jade screen particles can improve the hematuria and proteinuria of chronic nephritis, but there was no significant difference with traditional Chinese medicine treatment.
