Clinical Efficacy Observation Of Tianshu Capsule Combined With Chailing Decoction Treatment Damp Heat Syndrome Of Chronic Glomerulonephritis

Objective:To observe if the synergies of tianshu capsule are achieved in combining with Chailing decoction for the treatment of damp heat syndrome of chronic glomerulonephritis..Research methods:Choice of Western medicine in accordance with the diagnosis of chronic glomerulonephritis, TCM Syndrome Differentiation for damp heat syndrome in 46 cases were randomly divided into A group (treatment group) and B group (control group) each 23 cases: group A was treated with basic treatment, Chailing Decoction and Tianshu capsule, group B was treated with basic treatment and Chailing decoction. Clinical observation period for 8 weeks, every 4 weeks for a course of treatment, after treatment of 2 courses, through the observation of the curative effect of disease, symptom, TCM symptom score changes and laboratory indexes were evaluated.Results:the curative effect of the disease, the total efficiency of A group (treatment group) was 91.3%,the total efficiency of B group (control group) was 87%, Statistical analysis of P>0.05, no statistical difference. Symptoms:the total efficiency was86.9% in group A, the total efficiency was 78.2% in group B, It was statistically analyzed by P<0.05, which showed that there were significant differences between the two groups in terms of symptoms. Laboratory indexes before and after treatment, the treatment group and the control group were effective in reducing urinary red blood cell count, urinary protein quantitation and reducing urinary protein(P<0.05), and the treatment group than the control group in reducing urinary red blood cell count, urinary protein quantitation (P<0.05) is more effective. And there was no significant difference in the decrease of urinary protein (P>0.05). In the treatment of the two groups of serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen, alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase, serum albumin, white blood cell count had no effect.Conclusion:On the basis of in TCM syndrome differentiation treatment, Tianshu capsule of Chailing Decoction Treatment of damp heat syndrome of chronic glomerulonephritis have synergistic effect.The synergistic effect is beneficial to improve the clinical symptoms, reduce the pain and improve the quality of life, which is conducive to the elimination or reduction of proteinuria and hematuria, which is beneficial to delay the development of glomerular disease.
