The Clinical Study On Banxia Baizhu Tianmadecoction In The Treatment Of Primary Hypertension With Thicke-Ning Of The Carotid Artery Intima-Media

Objective : In this study,a randomized controlled study was conducted before and after treatment of patients with primary hypertension combined with Thickening of the carotid artery intima-media,to discuss the effect of banxia baizhu tianma decoction in the Treatment of Primary Hypertension with Thickening of the carotid artery intima-media.Methods: Collected from August 2018 to August 2019 patients with primary hypertension combined with Thickening of the carotid artery intima-media in Chengdu university of traditional Chinese medicine hospital cardiovascular division hospital patients who were consistent with this study of various standard were divided two groups randomly.and men and women were randomly assigned,so the treatment group had 30 patients,included 15 male patients and 15 female patients,and the control group had 30 patients,included16 male patients and 14 female patients.The control group was treated by western medicine included Valsartan amlodipine tablets(bot)One tablet each time once a day and Atorvastatin calcium tablets(ALe)One tablet each time a every night.the treatment group was treated by Traditional Chinese medicine decoction(banxia baizhu tianma decoction)on the basis of The control group treatment strategies.Three months is one period of treatment.The observer needed to record the data of two groups of patients two times,respectively before this treatment and after this treatment for Two months.The data included the patients' systolic pressure,diastolic pressure,Carotid intima-media thickness,fasting plasma Hcy and LDL-C levels and the rusults of TCM syndromes.Finally,the researcchers anaiyzed and compared the results with SPSS25.0 software.Ressults: According to the analysis of the experimental results before and after teratment of two gruops of patients,we found that both groups had an effect in dropping of blood pressure ? Reduce the carotid intima-media thickness ? Reduce fasting plasma Hcy and LDL-C levels ? Ease of TCM syndrome,and The differences of the treatment index were statistically significant.The result showed that the teratment group had batter efficacy than the control group in dropping of blood pressure ? Reduce the carotidintima-media thickness?Reduce fasting plasma Hcy and LDL-C levels?Ease of TCM syndrome,and the treatment index existed Statistical differences.Conclusion: In this study,the banxia baizhu tianma decoction can assist western medicine do batter in dropping of blood pressure?Reduce the carotid intima-media thickness?Reduce fasting plasma Hcy and LDL-C levels?Ease of TCM syndrome,So that the patients quality of life was improved?...
