| Objective:Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Daotan Decoction and Guizhi Fuling Decoction in the treatment of stable angina pectoris(phlegm and blood stasis type),and provide new diagnosis and treatment methods and ideas for clinical treatment of stable angina pectoris with phlegm and blood stasis.Methods:From March 2019 to December 2019,80 patients with stable angina p ectoris(phlegm and blood stasis)who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divid ed into treatment group(n=40)and control group(n=40).The control group was treated with routine western medicine;the treatment group was treated with Daotan Decoction and Guizhi Fuling Decoction on the basis of conventional western medicin e treatment.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The TCM syndrome score,angin a score,ECG efficacy and nitroglycerin stopping and decreasing rate were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.result:1.TCM syndrome:after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).After treatment,there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).In terms of curative effect,the total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 97.37%and 79.49%,respectively.Compared with the co ntrol group,the total curative effect of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was better,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.2.The effect of angina pectoris:compared with the control group,the differe nce was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The comparison of the two groups:the effective rate of the treatment group was 94.44%,the effective rate of the control group was 75.6%,the difference betwee n the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.The effective rate of ECG was 73.6%in the treatment group and 58.97%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Daotan decoction combined with Guizhi Fuling decoction can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of stable angina pectoris with phlegm and blood stas is,and the curative effect is better than that of single application of Western medicine.2.Daotan Decoction and Guizhi Fuling decoction can effectively improve the E CG efficacy of stable angina pectoris patients with phlegm and blood stasis,an d reduce the dosage of nitroglycerin. |
