Therapeutic Effect Of Heat-sensitive Moxibustion On Hepatic Qi Stagnation Type Breast Hyperplasia

Objective:To explore the heat-distribution law of acupoints in patients with liver-qi stagnation and hyperplasia of mammary glands and the curative effect of heat-sensitive moxibustion therapy,so as to provide a basis for heat-sensitive moxibustion to treat liver stagnation and stagnation of breast hyperplasia.Methods:Sixty patients who met the study criteria were firstly treated with a thermal acupoint exploration method in the area consisting of sputum-sputum window-Tianchi-dairy root and adjacent parts of the shoulder and back?including stomach,liver,Renmai,Dumai,bladder?.The thermosensitive acupoints were explored and the thermal acupoints were summarized.The patients were randomly divided into two groups:30 in the heat-sensitive moxibustion group?experimental group?and 30 in the Chinese patent medicine group?control group?.The moxibustion group adopts heat-sensitive moxibustion therapy,according to the principle of good selection?first select the non-thermal acupoints of the heat-sensing moxibustion directly to the disease,followed by the pain or soreness,and again the heat-sensitive moxibustion acupoint?Choose 2 thermal acupoints to apply moxibustion,and each time the moxibustion disappears.Moxibustion began 15 days after menstruation,once a day,continuous moxibustion for 10 days,for a course of treatment.The Chinese patent medicine group was treated with Xiaoyao Pills,8 pills a day,3 times a day,starting 15 days after menstruation,and taking 10 consecutive days for 1 course of treatment.Both groups were treated for 3 courses.At the end of the treatment period,the overall efficacy,accompanying symptom efficacy,and changes in serum estradiol?E2?,progesterone?P?,and prolactin?PRL?levels were compared.Results:After 3 courses of treatment,The two groups in terms of symptom scores:breast pain,mass,size,size,and accompanying symptoms were significantly different?P<0.05?,in tumor size,range,hardness,accompanying symptoms.The difference between the groups was statistically significant?P<0.05?,and the heat-sensitive moxibustion group was superior to the Chinese patent medicine group.In terms of clinical efficacy:the main clinical efficacy comparison:the cure rate of heat-sensitive moxibustion group was 50.00%,the total effective rate was 96.67%;the cure rate of Chinese patent medicine group was 13.33%,and the total effective rate was 80.00%.The curative effect of the two groups was significantly different?P<0.01?,and the heat-sensitive moxibustion group improved better than the proprietary Chinese medicine group.Contrast effect of symptomatic symptoms:the cure rate of heat-sensitive moxibustion group was 66.67%,the total effective rate was 93.33%;the cure rate of Chinese patent medicine group was 23.33%,and the total effective rate was 83.33%.The difference between the two groups was significant?P<0.01?,and the heat-sensitive moxibustion group improved better than the Chinese patent medicine group.In terms of hormone levels:E₂ and PRL levels were significantly lower in both groups?P<0.05?.The heat-sensitive moxibustion group was superior to the proprietary Chinese medicine group,but there was no significant difference in P-level treatment?P>0.05?.The occurrence of thermal acupoints found that the incidence of milk root points was 61.67%,which was a high-sensitivity point;followed by the middle point of the sputum,the incidence rate was 40.00%,and again the eaves?28.33%?and liver Yu?21.67?%),period?21.67%?,non-acupoints?thermal acupoints outside the 2CM range with acupoints??18.33%?and other points are also areas where the frequency of heat-sensitive acupoints is high.In the expression of heat-sensitive moxibustion,heat transfer is the most sensitive thermal phenomenon,about 42.98%;followed by heat expansion,about 23.68%,and the probability of diathermy is 18.42%.Conclusion:1,heat-sensitive moxibustion therapy can improve the clinical symptoms,accompanying symptoms and signs of liver qi stagnation type of breast hyperplasia and can reduce E₂,PRL levels.2,liver qi stagnation type of breast hyperplasia patients with surface heat sputum acupoints have a certain high incidence of the law,the main points of the milk root,sputum,followed by eaves,liver Yu,period,non-acupoints,The expression of heat-sensitive moxibustion is most obvious in heat transfer?the moxibustion is directly connected to the disease?,followed by heat expansion and diathermy.
