Clinical Observation Of Rutongning Recipe Based On FP-Growth Algorithm For The Treatment Of Breast Hyperplasia With The Type Of Liver-qi Stagnation And Phlegm Stagnation

Obj ectiveBy applying self-made Rutongning Decoction to patients wit h liver stagnation and phlegm-type mammary hyperplasia,the adv antages and disadvantages of Rutongning Decoction are evaluate d from the perspective of improvement of symptoms and signs a nd safety;Preliminary application of FP growth algorithm in data mining,the reliability and clinical feasibility of the data minin g were verified by the clinical efficacy of Rutongning decotion MethodsBetween March 2019 and August of the same year,70 patien ts with liver stagnation and sputum coagulation type breast hype rplasia who were treated in the second outpatient department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chine se Medicine were randomly divided into observation group andcontrol group.There were 35 cases in each group.The observatio n group was given the self-made formula Rutongning Decoction based on data mining and the clinical experience of the mentor The control group was given Rupixiao tablets alone,and they al 1 intervened for 2 courses.Before the treatment,1 course and the end of the treatment,3 observation node pairs Patients with ma jor symptoms such as breast pain and mass and systemic accom panying symptoms were scored,and the symptoms scores were co mpared between the two groups.SPSS software was selected for statistical analysisResultIn the treatment period,a total of 7 people were removed a nd leaved,and 6 3 cases were eventually obtained to meet the sta ndard,30 cases in the control group and 33 cases in the observa tion group.1.Main symptoms and associated symptoms:After treatment with self-made Rutongning Decoction and Rupixiao Tablet,the m ain symptom scores of the two groups were 1 course of treatme nt and the end of treatment,it means that,the last 2 observation points results compared with untreated,all of them were signific antly reduced(P<0.0 1);the scores of each concomitant symptom were improved at the last 2 observation points than before treat ment(P<0.05).Comparing between groups,the pain points in the observation group decreased more significantly in the last two observation points(P<0.05).The total scores of the masses and main symptoms were similar in the two groups(P>0.05).The total scores of the accompanying symptoms were in the latter two o bservation points.The observation group performed better(P<0.05).After the end of treatment,mood changes,swelling of both si des,and improvement of blood stasis symptoms were more advant ageous in the observation group(P<0.0 1);the effects of menstrua 1 abnormalities were similar in both groups(P>0.05);The waist a nd knees soft and soft control group was significantly better(P<0.01).2.In terms of total points:Compared with the three observa tion points before treatment,1 course of treatment,and end of t reatment,the total points of the two groups were significantly di fferent(P<0.0 1),and they were comparable after reduction(P>0.05).In the comparison of total points difference,the total score of the second course of treatment in the control group decreased more significantly than that of the first course(P<0.01),and th e total score of the first course of treatment in the observation group decreased more significantly than that of the second cour se(P<0.01).Comparing between the groups,the observation grou p in the first course of treatment showed a more significant dec line(P<0.01),and the two groups in the second course of treat ment were comparable(P>0.05)3.Efficacy results:2 cases in the control group were marked ly effective,21 cases were effective,and the total effective rate was 76.67%;the observation group was significantly effective in 5 cases,effective in 25 cases,and the total effective rate was 90.90%.4.Safety results:The safety of the two groups of patients w as 100%(P>0.05),and the safety level was all grade 1,and no a dverse reactions occurredConclusion1.The self-made Rutongning Decoction can effectively treat breast pain,lumps and systemic symptoms in patients with liver stagnation and sputum coagulation type breast hyperplasia,especi ally in alleviating breast pain and improving mood changes,the t wo side fullness,and blood stasis.Compared with Rupixiaopian,it has obvious advantages and low incidence of adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical promotion2.Based on the excellent clinical efficacy of Rutongning De coction,the results of the team's previous FP-Growth algorithm's formula regular data mining have been confirmed to be reliable and clinically feasible.
