Objectives 1 understanding of psychological safety in elderly patients with cerebral apoplexy;2 Analyze the factors influencing the psychological safety of elderly stroke patients;3 to explore the effect of PDCA theory based intervention model on psychological safety of elderly stroke patients. Methods This study is divided into two parts.Part I:a total of 773 elderly stroke patients who met the inclusion criteria and received treatment in the affiliated hospital of north China university of science and technology from September 2018 to August 2019 were selected as study subjects, and questionnaires were distributed on site and collected in time. The hospitalized elderly patients of security scale assessment psychological security situation of hospitalization in elderly patients with cerebral apoplexy, adopt the design based on the theory of evidence-based nursing theory, need theory under the framework of influencing factors questionnaire, investigating the influence factors of influence of cerebral apoplexy patients psychological safety(including basic data, complications and treatment data of stroke patients self perception data, the length of caregivers.Including Barthel index scale, hospital anxiety and depression scale and other tools).Excel was used to establish the database,SPSS23.0 was used for data analysis, counting data were described by frequency, measurement data were described by mean ± standard deviation(sx ±),single-factor measurement data were described by anova or independent sample t test, and multi-factor analysis was analyzed by hierarchical regression analysis.Part ii: Selection in September 2019?November 2019 in north China university of science and technology affiliated hospital for treatment and psychological security score?83 into exclusion standard in elderly patients with cerebral apoplexy were 82 as the research object, were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, each group of 41,the control group given neurology routine nursing care, patients in the control group,on the basis of conventional nursing care,to take intervention based on the theory of the PDCA mode, according to the influencing factors can intervene in the first part of the survey results and combining with the characteristics of psychological intervention design intervention program(use guided imagery + mission)intervention, intervention once a day,30 minutes for 10 days. After intervention, the security scale for elderly inpatients was used to evaluate the two groups of patients. All the data were established in a database using Excel, and SPSS23.0 was used for data analysis. The statistical methods included sx ± for statistical description, and the data before and after intervention of the two groups were compared by t test. Results 1 Psychological security of elderly stroke patients: psychological security was divided into(83.50±22.38)points,which were divided into ward management(18.27±5.08)points,interpersonal relationship(19.48±8.27)points,disease condition(14.37±4.62)points and medical behavior(30.97±6.60)points.2 Univariate analysis of psychological safety of elderly stroke patients: Gender, age, marriage, degree of culture, character, place of residence, balance of payments, family history, history of hospital, the hospital way, disease relapse, fall through, headache, disability, dizziness, difficulty swallowing, language barriers, numbness, weakness, muscle strength, need to stay in bed, indwelling catheter, nursing grading, using monitoring equipment, treatment should be exposed body, oxygen situation, the patient and family satisfaction with the family to take care of attention, the hospitalization caregivers, family's attitude toward patients in hospital, accompanied by family medical check-ups,nervous due to the deterioration of patients condition and disease impact on patients attitude to life, fear that add to the family burden, was in the hospital Psychological depression and worry about staying in hospital for too long were related to psychological safety of elderly stroke patients, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3 Stratified regression analysis of the psychological security of elderly stroke patients: the results showed that the psychological security of elderly stroke patients was affected by a number of related variables, and the total explanatory power of each related variable to psychological security reached 83.7%.Of personality, family history, fall through, numbness, weakness, the degree of disability, treatment needs to be exposed with family members to take care of the body, patients satisfaction, accompanied by family medical check-ups,families of attention because of disease, patients attitude to life, the influence of tension, due to this deterioration in affected patients hospitalized mental patients with depression is the influence factors of hospitalized elderly patients psychological security, statistically significant difference(P<0.05).4 Psychological safety intervention effect of elderly stroke patients based on PDCA theory model: before intervention, the total score of psychological safety and scores of each dimension of elderly stroke patients in the two groups showed no significant difference(P>0.05).After 10 days of intervention, the total score of psychological safety and scores of all dimensions of the elderly stroke patients in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusions 1 The score of psychological safety of elderly stroke patients is(83.50±22.38)points,which needs to be further improved 2 in elderly patients with cerebral apoplexy personality, family history, fall on psychological security experience, numbness, weakness, the degree of disability, treatment needs to be exposed with family members to take care of the body, patients satisfaction, accompanied by family medical check-ups by illness, family awareness, patients attitude to life for patients, patients are affected his condition deteriorated and tension, the effect of the influence factors of mental depression in hospital.3 The intervention model based on PDCA theory can effectively improve the psychological safety level of elderly stroke patients.Figure 1;Table 19;Reference 134...
