| Objective:An epidemiological survey was conducted on the anxiety and depression of the elderly migrants in the Cangnan community of Nanguan street in Weifang city.This paper focuses on the anxiety and depression of the elderly migrants,and analyzes its influencing factors,and discusses the influence of psychological intervention on it,and provides theoretical basis and technological exploration for the health promotion of the elderly migrants.Methods:The general situation questionnaire,the senile depression scale(GDS)and the anxiety self-rating scale(SAS)were used to investigate the 312 elderly people in the Cangnan community of Nanguan street of Weifang city.Logistic multiple regression analysis was used to explore the influencing factors of anxiety and depression.Will be mild anxiety(50?SAS?59)and mild depression(11?GDS?20)of the elderly migrants were randomly divided into control group and intervention group.For the control group,group psychological education was conducted once a week,and the intervention group was performed weekly group psychological education and group psychotherapy,and the whole intervention period was 8 weeks.For mild anxiety groups of trailing in the control group and intervention group in 4 weekend intervention before and after the intervention,8 were SAS scores over the weekend,and carries on the statistical comparison between groups.For mild depression groups of trailing in the control group and intervention group in 4 weekend intervention before and after the intervention,8 were SAS scores over the weekend,and carries on the statistical comparison between groups.Results:1.There were 302 elderly migrants who met the criteria of entry.The total detection rate of anxiety disorder was 27.5%,and the total detection rate of depression was16.5%.Among them,there were 56 patients with mild anxiety(50?SAS?59),and 46 of them were mild depression(11?GDS?20).2.Through data analysis in this study,the main factors that influence the anxiety of old people are gender,family relationship satisfaction,life source,medical care and interpersonal communication.The main factors that influence the depression of the aged are interpersonal relationship,family relationship satisfaction,family role change,child neglect and life habit change.3.It was found that the SAS score of the control group was not significantly reduced at the 4weekend and 8 weekend after the intervention of the elderly migrants with mild anxiety,and the intervention group showed a significant reduction in SAS scores on 4 weekend and 8 weekend after intervention,and was statistically significant compared to the control control group(P<0.05).4.It was found that the GDS score of the control group was not significantly reduced at the 4 weekend and 8 weekend after the intervention of the elderly migrants with mild depression,and the intervention group showed a significant reduction in SAS scores on 4 weekend and 8 weekend after intervention,and was statistically significant compared to the control control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The incidence of anxiety and depression among the elderly migrants was higher than normal.2.The factors that cause the anxiety and depression of elderly migrants have certain particularity,which are the special products produced in the new era.3.Group psychotherapy can significantly reduce the incidence of anxiety and depression in the elderly,and improve the quality of life of the elderly,especially the mental health,and help them out and rebuild their psychological defense mechanism.4.Group psychological intervention is a healthy,safe and effective treatment measures,have obvious effect on improving in the anxiety and depression on elderly migrants,for the community health service center in the whole society to carry out the trailing the elderly mental health promotion work provide certain theoretical support. |
