In response to the strategic layout of a digital China,WIT 120(Wise Information Technology of 120)and the information economy,as well as the deep integration of big data with smart equipment,network,economy and health,health information management has entered the era of big data.In the era of big data,The health information management's scale of health information is expanded,information exchanges is more frequently,management initiative is shifted,integrated with information technology is more closely.The aims to promote the utilization of public health information and protect the security of public health information.The essence of it is to better serve the public.Therefore,it is necessary to adhere to the people-oriented principle and fully consider the needs of the public.From the perspective of the public,this paper collates the theory of health information management based on the big data of this era,constructs and verifies the public satisfaction index model of health information management,and makes Suggestions for improving the public satisfaction of it.This paper mainly studies from the following aspects:Firstly,starting from the research background of health information management in the era of big data,the significance of the research is illustrated by combining relevant literature review.And then focusing on relevant theories,this paper expounds the connotation of health information management from four aspects(concept,operating machine,value and difficult service object),and indicates the connotation of public satisfaction in the era of big data based on the theory of public satisfaction,and analyzes its influencing factors and forming mechanism.Secondly,this paper adopts the structural equation method as the modeling method,deeply analyzes the selected potential variables and related measurable variables,and makes assumptions on the structural relationship of the model,and constructs the public satisfaction index model of health information management in the era of big data.Thirdly,the author chooses some health services as research object in Xiangtan city of Hunan province.The written questionnaire is then shaped according to the corresponding content,and the validity of the collected data need to be verified.Finally,By analyzing the collected data,the author?puts forward relevant adviceaccording to the results of the model to improve public satisfaction of big data health information management in this era.
