| Health is the necessary requirement to promote the all-round development of human beings and the basic condition of economic and social development.High-level public health service is the guarantee of residents’ health,and residents’ satisfaction is an important index to measure public health service.Under the background of "Healthy China",through sorting out the relevant literature at home and abroad,and according to the new public service theory,customer satisfaction theory,expectation inconsistency theory and attribution theory,the variables that may affect residents’ satisfaction with public health services are screened out.The data of China Comprehensive Social Survey(CGSS)in 2015 are used to evaluate urban residents’ satisfaction with public health services.Empirical study was conducted on the influencing factors of degree.The findings of this study are as follows:(1)Satisfaction with public health services of urban residents in China is mainly concentrated in basic satisfaction;there are differences among different groups,among which the satisfaction with public health services of residents in the eastern,central and western regions is higher than that in the northeastern regions.(2)Age,self-assessment of health and family income have a positive and significant impact on the satisfaction of public health services of urban residents;education and working status have a negative and significantimpact on the satisfaction of public health services of urban residents.(3)Residential areas have a significant impact on urban residents’ satisfaction with public health services.Compared with Northeast China,residents’ satisfaction with public health services in East,Central and West China is more likely to be at least one grade higher.Based on the above empirical research conclusions,this paper puts forward the following policy recommendations:(1)explore diversified medical services to meet the needs of different levels of residents;(2)carry out physical and mental activities to enhance the physical fitness of residents;(3)equalize public health services to narrow the gap between regions;(4)optimize the medical security system to achieve greater health for residents.Welfare;(5)Starting from the long-term goal of "Great Health",developing China’s health industry. |
