The Problems And Optimization Of The Service Mode Of The Old-age Care Combined With Medical Care

China has entered the population ageing since the end of the 20 th century.The population ageing is large in scale,rapid in speed,long in duration and unbalanced in development.According to the National Bureau of Statistics of the People's Republic of China's 2018 statistics on the current aging situation in China,the number of people aged 60 and over accounted for nearly 18 percent of the total population at the end of 2018,or about 249 million people.Of these,nearly 180 million people are chronically ill and more than 400 million are unable to take care of themselves.These are huge and Psycho figures.In the context of aging before getting rich,the enormous pressure of aging has put the existing old-age security system to a severe test,the old-age support model is difficult to meet the multi-level and diversified health needs of the elderly,in particular,the problem of caring for the elderly with disability and dementia is becoming more and more serious.The combination of medical care and endowment care is the latest exploration to deal with the plight of endowment care in our country,and to realize the effective integration of medical care and endowment resources,so as to guarantee the urgent need of the increasing endowment and endowment care of the aged at present.The combination of medical care and medical care in the old-age care mode,which is promoted by the governments all over the country,provides a new way to solve the problems of old-age care and medical care.The model of combining medical care with old-age care,which combines medical care with old-age care and has its unique characteristics,has been widely developed and promoted in China in recent years,for the current implementation of China's three old-age pension model for a good complement and improvement.The "opinions of the State Council on implementing healthy China Action" in 2019 provides new development ideas and guiding opinions for the current work of providing for the aged in China,and points out that the implementation of home care for the aged and community care for the aged should be carried out,it is an important task of the health work for the aged in the new period to promote the maturity and perfection of the mode of combining medical care with nursing care,and on this basis to perfect the health service and nursing insurance system,and to carry out the scientific and reasonable nursing service in an all-round and orderly way.This paper describes and analyzes the research and implementation of themedical care integration model in recent years at home and abroad,taking the medical care integration pension model in Xiangtan as an example,and on the basis of this,it probes into the current medical care integration pension model in Xiangtan,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the service mode of combining medical care with old-age care,analyzes the causes of the problems from the perspectives of government management,medical resources,social participation and audience groups,and sums up the successful experience and the existing deficiencies of this mode,it also discusses the countermeasures to perfect the service mode of medical care and old-age care.To find the causes of related problems and solutions,in order to better play its advantages and create greater social benefits.The research methods adopted in this paper include literature analysis,Comparative Analysis and Case Analysis.
