social support, depression and quality of life of people living with HIV/AIDS,and to verify the theoretical model,so as to provide an effective theoretical basis for comprehensive prevention and treatment of people living with HIV/AIDS.Methods: Using the method of cross-sectional convenient sampling,we investigated the people living with HIV/AIDS registered in Centers for Disease Control and prevention and infectious disease hospitals.Social support, depression and quality of life of people living with HIV/AIDS were investigated by MOS-SSS,CES-D and MOS-HIV.The frequency and composition ratio were used to describe the social demographic characteristics and HIV infection characteristics.T-test and ANOVA were used to compare the scores of social support, depression and quality of life in different demographic characteristics and different infection conditions of people living with HIV/AIDS.Multivariate linear regression was used to analyze the factors with statistical significance in single factor analysis.Structural equation model was used to test the relationship among social support, depression and quality of life. Results : 1.823 valid questionnaires were collected and 1144 questionnaires were distributed, the effective rate was 71.94%.The average age of subjects was(39.40±12.80)years old.2.The total score of social support of people living with HIV/AIDS was(52.31±23.61).The results of single factor analysis showed that there were significant differences in the scores of social support among HIV infected people / AIDS patients with different education background,per-capital income of families, whether the HIV condition was public or not,and whether the symptoms related to STD occurred in the last year(p<0.05).The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the influence factors of social support were family per capital income and whether the HIVcondition was public.3.The prevalence of depression was 67%,and the score of depression was(21.57±10.88),which was significantly higher than that of Chinese norm(P<0.05).The results of univariate analysis showed that there were significant differences in depression scores of people living with HIV/AIDS with different education background, occupation, family per capital income,CD4 cell count and whether they had STD related symptoms in the last year(P<0.05).The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that family per-capital income, social support were the influencing factors of depression.4.The total scores of physical health and mental health of people living with HIV/AIDS were(51.10±8.27)and(43.94±11.08).The results of univariate analysis showed that there were significant differences in the total scores of physical health of people living with HIV/AIDS with different age, marital status, education background, occupation, family per capital income, infection pathway,CD4 cell count, whether the HIV condition was open, whether they received antiviral treatment, whether they had STD related symptoms in the last year(P<0.05),and in the scores of different education background, occupation, family per capital income, and recent There was a significant difference in the total score of mental health among people living with HIV/AIDS with STD related symptoms in one year(P<0.05).The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that family per capital income, effective antiviral treatment, social support and depression were the influencing factors of physical health of people living with HIV/AIDS,and family per capital income, farmers, social support and depression were the influencing factors of mental health of people living with HIV/AIDS.5.Social support has a direct impact on the quality of life(?= 0.23,P<0.001),social support has a direct impact on depression(?=-0.31,P<0.001),depression has a direct impact on the quality of life(?=-0.69,P<0.001),and social support has an indirect impact on the quality of life by regulating depression(?=-0.31*-0.69=0.21,P<0.001).Conclusion:1.The influence factors of social support for people living with HIV/AIDS are family per capital income,STD,and whether HIV condition is public.2.The prevalence of depression in people living with HIV/AIDS was 67%.The influencing factors of depression in people living with HIV/AIDS were the family per capital monthly income,STD related symptoms in the last year, and social support.3.Family per capital monthly income, highly effective antiviral treatment,STD related symptomsin the last year, social support and depression are the influencing factors of physical health of people living with HIV / AIDS.Farmers,STD related symptoms in the last year, social support and depression are the influencing factors of mental health.4.Social support and
