Since the launch of the pilot reform of county-level public hospitals in 2012,pilot counties(cities)have responded positively to the implementation of reforms and made significant progress.However,as a primary medical institution,county-level public hospitals have made comprehensive reforms a long-term and arduous task due to the level of economic development,the allocation of medical resources,and the implementation of policies.The purpose of this paper is to find out the impact of medical staff on the satisfaction of various incentive mechanisms and their job satisfaction with medical staff,in order to propose feasible ways to improve the job satisfaction of medical staff.In order to achieve this goal,this paper has an understanding of the research status of incentive mechanisms for public hospitals at home and abroad by consulting the literature.Then take the R hospital of Yueyang County as an example to conduct research,obtain the first-hand information of the hospital through questionnaire survey,analyze the satisfaction of the current grassroots medical staff on performance management and incentive mechanism,and find out the factors affecting the enthusiasm of medical staff.At present,the problems of the incentive mechanism of county-level public hospitals are widespread.By analyzing the statistical data of the questionnaires,the satisfaction degree of each incentive mechanism was described and statistical analysis.The multivariate linear regression method was used to analyze the impact of satisfaction of each incentive mechanism on job satisfaction.And put forward corresponding suggestions to further improve the incentive mechanism of county-level public hospitals in China.The study found that medical staff have poor evaluation of job title incentives,compensation and welfare incentives and performance reform incentives,and have a good evaluation of training development incentives.The compensation and welfare incentive mechanism has a positive impact on medical staff job satisfaction and its positive impact.The strongest.Training development has the greatest impact,and should be given priority in the internal incentive mechanism.Finally,it proposesincentive mechanism reform proposals,including innovative compensation system,reform performance appraisal system,establishment of training development system based on medical staff's own needs,and promotion of job promotion opportunities..Construct a scientific and orderly incentive mechanism to stimulate the enthusiasm of medical staff,improve the work of medical staff,and further deepen the comprehensive reform of county-level public hospitals.
