Objective Sum up the post-value-based salary influencing factors and analyze the influencing degree through the investigation of doctors, patients and patients’ relatives in six county-level public hospitals, providing theoretical foundation for the salary system reform in county-level public hospitals.Methods Using literature method, gather the salary-related theories, summarize the doctor-post-value research progress and design the survey questionnaire. Collect the data and analyze the data via statistical methods, which leads to obtain the salary influencing factors and influencing degree.Results There were significant differences between individual factors, working time, workload, knowledge, training factors and doctors’ salary, because p less than 0.05. From the results of the linear regression analysis, the regression coefficients of the individual factors, working time, knowledge, workload and training were 0.326,-0.099,0.151,0.126,-0.095.Conclusion There are five influencing factors of doctor’ salary level in country level public, including the doctor individual factors, working time, knowledge, workload and training. The influence degree of the influencing factors from big to small, individual factors, knowledge factors, workload, work time, training.
