Clinical Observation On Buyang Huanwu Decotion Combined Wiyh The Air Pressure Wave For Treatment Of Upper Limb Edema In Postoperative Breast Cancer

Objectiveto investigate the clinical effect and safety of air pressure wave therapy and combined air pressure wave therapy in the treatment of upper limb edema after breast cancer.For the future treatment of breast cancer postoperative related lymphedema to provide reference and experience accumulation,to give full play to the advantages and characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine to the world.MethodAccording to the state of upper limb edema after breast cancer related literature,combined with the experts and teachers' Suggestions,to determine the direction of the clinical research method,would be consistent with upper limb lymphedema after breast cancer diagnosis criteria and inclusion criteria of 60 cases of subjects according to the order of enter the observation of with random number table method were randomly divided into treatment group(flavored Yang also five soup combined air pressure wave group)30 cases and control group(air pressure wave group)30 cases.Treatment group: add flavor buyang return wu tang routine decoction after oral,each time 150m1,morning and evening after dinner warm take once each;At the same time,the combined use of air pressure wave therapy instrument,the pressure is set at6.67-26.7kpa(50-200mmhg),the pressure adjustment range is appropriate according to the patient's comfort,once a day,once for 30 minutes.The control group was treated with air pressure wave therapy apparatus alone,and the pressure was set at 6.67-26.7kpa(50-200mmhg).The pressure was adjusted according to the patient's comfort level,which was once a day for 30 minutes.Both groups received 1 course of treatment for 1 week and 3 courses of treatment for each.Excel software was used for data management,and the changes of the peripheral diameter of the two groups of patients were observed.The clinical efficacy of edema was evaluated through the peripheral diameter,and the KPS score was obtained.The comprehensive efficacy ofTCM syndrome,duration of efficacy and safety indexes were compared.Result(1)general situation: the treatment group and the control group were compared in terms of patient age,time of edema,KPS score,pathological stage,surgical method,and edema.There was no significant difference between the two groups through statistical analysis: P > 0.05,which was comparable.(2)efficacy index: the comparison between groups in improving the circumference diameter of the upper arm of the affected limb and the effective rate of the clinical efficacy of edema showed a statistical difference between the treatment group and the control group: P < 0.05,the effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.In terms of improving the quality of life and TCM syndromes,p value of both groups was less than 0.05,and the effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,with significant statistical difference between the two groups.In terms of the duration of efficacy(judged by the comprehensive efficacy index of TCM syndromes),comparisons were conducted among groups at the 1st,3rd and 6th month after the end of treatment,and the difference between the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant: P < 0.05,indicating that the effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.(3)safety indicators: all indicators of the treatment group and the control group: P > 0.05,no adverse reactions occurred,and the efficacy of the two groups was safe and effective.Conclusion1.Modified Buyang Huanwu Decoction Combined with air pressure wave treatment can effectively alleviate lymphedema of upper extremity after breast cancer surgery.2.Modified Buyang Huanwu Decoction Combined with air pressure wave treatment can improve the quality of life of patients with lymphedema ofupper extremity after breast cancer surgery.3.Modified Buyang Huanwu Decoction Combined with air pressure wave treatment can improve the TCM Syndromes of patients with lymphedema of upper extremity after breast cancer operation and relieve the clinical symptoms of patients.4.The modified Buyang Huanwu Decoction Combined with air pressure wave is superior to air pressure wave alone in the treatment of lymphedema of upper extremity after breast cancer operation in terms of duration of curative effect and improvement of TCM syndrome.
