Early Clinical Efficacy Study Of Buyang Huanwu Decoction Combined With Anterior Cervical ROI-C In The Treatment Of Single-segment Cervical Radiculopathy (Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome)

Objective: To study the early clinical effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction Combined with anterior cervical roi-c in the treatment of single segment cervical spondylotic radiculopathy(Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome),and to provide the corresponding basis for its clinical application.Methods: From December 2017 to December 2020,40 hospitalized patients with single segment cervical spondylotic radiculopathy(Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome)who underwent surgery in the Department of spine,Second Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of traditional Chinese medicine were collected and divided into observation group and control group according to whether Buyang Huanwu decoction was taken after surgery.By collecting medical records and outpatient and telephone follow-up,we collected EQ-5D score,EQ-VAS score,NDI score and TCM syndrome score before operation,7 days after taking medicine,1month after taking medicine and 3 months after taking medicine.Results:(1)There was no significant difference in general condition,EQ-VAS score,NDI score and TCM syndrome score between the two groups(P > 0.05).(2)The EQ-5D score,EQ-VAS score,NDI score and TCM syndrome score of observation group and control group at three observation time points after operation were better than those before operation,with statistical difference(P < 0.05).(3)The comparison of EQ-5D score,EQ-VAS score,NDI score and TCM syndrome score between the observation group and the control group was statistically significant(P < 0.05),and the observation group was better than the control group.Conclusion: Buyang Huanwu Decoction Combined with anterior cervical roi-c surgery in the treatment of single segment cervical spondylotic radiculopathy can significantly improve the surgical effect,especially in the early postoperative pain and quality of life.
