The Clinical Effect Observation Of Modified Buyang Huanwu Decoction In The Prevention Of Venous Thrombosis Of Lower Extremities After Lumbar Surgery

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Modified buyang huanwu decoction on the prevention of venous thrombosis of lower extremities after lumbar surgery.Methods:Ninety individuals met the criteria for inclusion and exclusion that choose from orthopedics department of the Affiliated People's Hospital of Fujian University of traditional Chinese Medicine range from December 2016 to 2017 December.By randomisation,it was divided into the basic treatment group,the treatment group and the control group,each of 30 cases.The basic treatment group only took basic treatment to prevent lower limb venous thrombosis after lumbar surgery.The treatment group adopted Modified buyang huanwu decoction combined with basic treatment methods while the control group take parnaparin combined with basic treatment method to prevent it.All three groups of patients were selected from patients after lumbar surgery.The lumbar JO A score,hemorheology,prethrombotic state,blood cell analysis,circumference of lower extremity and Blood loss index were measured at selected time points preoperative,2 days,7 days and 15 days postoperatively.Results:1.The lumbar JOA scores at different time points was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effect of the treatment group to improve the postoperative pain of the lumbar spine is better than the control group,and the effect is more remarkable with the time.2.The changes of Hemorheology(whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,hematocrit and whole blood viscosity)were different at different time points(P<0.05).The effect of the treatment group on the hemorheological was the same as that of the control.3.The changes of prethrombotic state(APTT,PT,D-2 polymer)were different at different time points,the difference was statistically significant at different time points(P<0.05).Suggesting that the effect of the treatment group on the prethrombotic state index was the same as the control group.4.At different time points,blood cell analysis(PLT,MPV,PCT)indicators of different levels of change,the difference was statistically analysis(P<0.05).indicating that the effect of blood cell analysis(PLT,MPV and PCT)in the treatment group was equated to the control group.5.There was no significant difference between the three groups in different time points of limb diameter(P>0.05),which showed that the limb diameter of the lumbar spine was not changed in the postoperative period.6.The difference of recessive blood volume between the three groups was statistically significant(P<0.05)on the 3 day of operation,indicating that the recessive blood loss was the least in the treatment group.There was no significant difference in the difference of 48h flow rate between the three groups(P>0.05),which showed that the flow rate of 48h in the three groups was the same after operation.Conclusion:The effect of Modified buyang huanwu decoction on preventing lower extremity venous thrombosis after lumbar operation is reliable,not only can prevent the venous thrombosis of lower extremity,but also can reduce postoperative blood loss,promote the recovery of lumbar nerve function.It is a combination of clinical effectiveness and safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
