Curative Effect Observation Of Modified Buyang Huanwu Decoction In Treatment Of Angina Of Coronary Heart And Its Effect On Serum Hs-CRP And Hcy

Objectives: To observe the clinical efficacy of Modified Buyang Huanwu Decoction on stable angina pectoris(qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome)and its effect on serum hs-CRP and Hcy levels.Methods: A total of 68 patients with coronary heart disease and stable angina pectoris with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome were enrolled in this study which were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group of 34 patients.And there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in general clinical data such as age,gender,course of disease,and medical history.The control group received conventional therapy,and the experimental group combined basic treatment with Modified Buyang Huanwu Decoction,for 28 days.Observe the changes in the symptoms of angina pectoris,symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,Seattle scale score,electrocardiogram,nitroglycerin cessation rate and blood hs-CRP,Hcy levels and safety indicators(blood routine,urine routine,liver function,kidney function,blood coagulation,etc.)before and after treatment.Results:1.The total effective rates of angina pectoris symptom,TCM symptom,electrocardiogram,and nitroglycerin cessation rate in the experimental group were 81.25%,84.37%,53.13%,and 84.38% respectively,while the control group was 66.67%,72.72%,39.39%,and 63.64% respectively.There were statistically significant differences in the efficacy of angina pectoris symptom,TCM symptom,and nitroglycerin cessation rate(P<0.05),but no significant difference in electrocardiogram efficacy between the two groups(P(29)0.05).2.Comparison of SAQ scores before and after treatment: after treatment,the PL,AF,AS,TS,DP scores of the two groups were significantly higher than before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);and after treatment,the AF,AS,TS scores of the treatment group were higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),while the PL and DP scores were not statistically different(P(29)0.05).3.After treatment,the levels of serum hs-CRP and Hcy were lower than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);meanwhile aftertreatment,the reduction levels of hs-CRP and Hcy in the treatment group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).4.Before and after treatment,the blood routine,urine routine,liver function,kidney function,and blood coagulation were within the safe range,and there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P(29)0.05).Conclusion:1.Modified Buyang Huanwu Decoction can effectively improve angina pectoris symptoms and attacks in patients with angina pectoris of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type.2.Modified Buyang Huanwu Decoction can significantly improve the TCM syndromes in patients with angina pectoris of qi deficiency and blood stasis.3.Modified Buyang Huanwu Decoction can reduce serum hs-CRP and Hcy levels in patients with angina pectoris of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type.
