| Objective:By observing the TCM syndrome score,single symptom score,thyroid hormone level and thyroid volume improvement of the two groups before and after treatment,the clinical efficacy of Qing gan kai yu fang in the treatment of heart-liver hyperactive Graves disease was evaluated.Methods:In this study,64 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into control group(32 cases)and treatment group(32 cases).The control group was treated with basic treatment and oral sai zhi,and the treatment group was treated with qing gan kai yu fang on the basis of the control group.The course of treatment in both groups was 8 weeks.To observe the changes of TCM syndrome score,TCM single symptom score,FT3,FT4,TSH level,thyroid volume and safety index before and after treatment.Record the data,make statistical calculation and analysis.Result:1.Comparison of TCM syndrome efficacy,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.The total effective rate was 93.75% and significant efficiency 59.38% in the treatment group,and the total effective rate was75.00% and significant efficiency 21.88% in the control group;The curative effect of western medicine was compared,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.The total effective rate of the treatment group was93.75% and the significant efficiency was 40.63%,while the total effective rate of the control group was 78.13% and the significant efficiency was21.88%.2.Comparison of TCM syndrome score: within the group,after 4 and 8weeks of treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the two groups was lower than that before treatment,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant;After 4 weeks and 8 weeks of treatment,compared with the control group,thereduction of the score of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.3.Comparison of scores of single symptoms in TCM: within the group,after 4 weeks of treatment,the scores of eye bloating and proptosis and weight loss in the control group were P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant,and the other scores in the two groups were P<0.05,with statistically significant difference.After 8 weeks of treatment,eye bloating and proptosis in the control group was P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant,and the other scores in the two groups were P<0.05,indicating a statistically significant difference.Group comparison,after 4 weeks of treatment,palpitation,irritability,chest swelling pain,dizziness,eat more,weight loss,evil heat and hyperhidrosis,bitter mouth,dry throat and thirst,frequent defecation,less sleep and more dreams,fatigue were observed in the treatment group were better than those in the control group,P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.Goiter,eye bloating and proptosis,heart rate increase,tremor,P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.After 8 weeks of treatment,except for eye bloating and proptosis,P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.The improvement of other scores in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.4.Comparison of thyroid hormone levels: within the group,after 4 and 8weeks of treatment,the level of thyroid function in the two groups was improved,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant;Between the groups,after 4 weeks of treatment,the effect of FT3 and FT4 in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.TSH was P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.After 8 weeks of treatment,the improvement of FT3,FT4 and TSH in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.5.Comparison of thyroid volume: compared within the group,the goiter in both groups was smaller than that before treatment,P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.Compared between the groups,the reduction of the enlarged thyroid volume in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.6.Safety observation: during the treatment,1 case of slight liver function abnormality was found in the control group and 1 case in the treatment group respectively.Adjust the sai zhi dose,and transaminase decreased after treatment with hu gan pian.Conclusion:1.Qing gan kai yu fang can reduce the TCM syndrome score and TCM single symptom score of Graves disease of hyperactivity of heart and liver.2.Qing gan kai yu fang can improve thyroid function,reduce the level of FT3 and FT4,and increase the level of TSH.3.Qing gan kai yu fang can significantly reduce the volume of the enlarged thyroid. |
