Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Graves Disease With Diarrhea As The Main Manifestation By Ying Xie Fang

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy,safety of the treatment of Graves disease with diarrhea as the main manifestation by observing the effects of Ying Xie Fang on the clinical symptoms and signs of it and the influence of the related laboratory indicators,and to explore the advantages of Ying Xie Fang to treat the disease,with a view to providing clinical evidence and new mode of thinking for Chinese medicine treatment.Methods:Sixty-six patients of Graves disease with diarrhea as the main manifestation who met the inclusion criteria were collected in this clinical observation.All patients were divided into a observation group and a control group according to a randomized control method,with 33 cases in each group.On the basis of general treatment and conventional Western medicine treatment,the control group was treated with propranolol hydrochloride tablets,and the observation group was treated with Ying Xie Fang.4 weeks was a course of treatment for a total of 3 courses.Observe the comprehensive efficacy?TCM syndrome efficacy and the days of diarrhea symptoms disappearing of the two groups of patients,as well as the TCM symptom scores,defecation frequency,fecal nature,laboratory indicators such as thyroid function(TSH,FT3,FT4),Trab,Liver function,blood routine,and adverse drug reactions before and after treatment.Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS software to compare the efficacy and safety of the two groups.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the observation group and the control group in general information such as gender,age distribution,course distribution,and observational indicators such as TCM symptom scores and laboratory indicators(P>0.05),which are comparable.After treatment:1.The total effective rate of the comprehensive effect in the observation group was 87.88 %,and that in the control group was 69.70%.Statistical analysis showed a significant difference(P<0.05);2.The total effective rate of TCM syndromes in the observation group and the control group are 90.91%and 72.73%,respectively.Statistical analysis shows significant differences(P<0.05).3.The total score of TCM symptoms in the observation group and the control group decreased after 2 weeks,4 weeks,8 weeks,and 12 weeks of treatment,and the difference was statistically significant after comparison within the group(P <0.05),the comparison between the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.01);4.The individual TCM symptom score of the observation group began to decline after 2 weeks of treatment,and the single TCM symptom score of the two groups decreased after4 weeks,8 weeks and 12 weeks of treatment,and the difference was statistically significant after comparison within the group(P<0.05).After 2 weeks,4 weeks,and 8 weeks of treatment,the comparison between the groups showed that the improvement in the symptoms of the observation group was better than that of the controlgroup(P<0.05).Diarrhea,goiter,irritability,palpitations,afraid of hot and sweaty,sleepless and dreamy,fatigue were better than the control group(P<0.05);5.The days of diarrhea symptoms disappearing in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);6.The thyroid function of the observation group and control group were improved after 4 weeks,8 weeks,and 12 weeks,and the difference was statistically significant after comparison within the group(P<0.05).The comparison of FT3?FT4 between the groups after 4 weeks and 8 weeks was better than the control group(P<0.05),and TSH was more effective after 12 weeks of treatment;7.The TRAb level of the observation group and the control group is higher than before.It showed a statistically significant difference after comparison within the group(P<0.05).The decline was greater in the observation group than in the control group(P <0.05).8.Safety analysis:during treatment,there was 2 cases of granulocytopenia in the control group.2 groups Basic vital signs,urine and feces routine,renal function,and electrocardiogram were all normal.Conclusion:Ying Xie Fang is effective in treating Graves disease with diarrhea as the main manifestation,which can not only improve clinical symptoms such as diarrhea frequency faster and more obviously,but also gradually restore thyroid function and reduce TRAb levels,Worthy of clinical promotion and further research.
