The Theoretical Study And Clinical Research On The Treatment Of Primary Graves Disease By Qing Re Liang Xue Therapy

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Qing Re Liang Xue(clearing away heat to cool blood) on Graves disease which belong to the two syndrome according to TCM differiation :superbandance of heat-fire and liver-fire syndrome and predominance of heat at blood phase.And to obseave the influence on related laboratory test of the patients.This can offer theoretical base to the therapeutic method of integration of tcm and western medicine which is mainly according to Qing Re Liang Xue measure.Method:The disease patients( who comes from subsidiary Shandong traditional Chinese medicine university hospital outpatient service and ward without exception)were random divided two groups: A treatment group (30 patients);A contrasting group (25 patients). Adopt treatment of Western medicine Tapazole for the two groups without exception , curing group adding traditional Chinese medicine and treatment based on an overall analysis of the illness and the patient's condition 2 months, fundamental therapy duplicates each other in clearing heat and cooling blood. And observing the improvement degree of signs symptoms and the function of Thyroid gland about pre-treatment and past-treatment and comparing the general theoretical effect of the two groups.Result: This research demonstrated that the treatment of integration tcm and western medicine is more effective on improving the patients'signs and symptoms and the function of Thyroid gland. And it may reduce the side-effect .Conclusion: The therapeutic method of integration of tcm and western medicine(Qing Re Liang Xue)have good treatment function.
