Clinical Observation On Qingre Yangyin Decoction In The Treatment Of Graves Disease With Hyperactivity Of Heart-Fire And Liver-Fire

Objective:This paper discusses the efficiency and safety of the Qingre Yangyin decoction in treating Graves disease with hyperactivity heart-fire and liver-fire by observing its clinical efficacy and the impact on patient-related laboratory tests, thus providing references for clinical application.Methods:The standard of 64 patients with Graves disease were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,32 cases in each group. Treatment group was treated with Qingre Yangyin decoction, the control group was treated with MMI, observing the patients’changes in TCM symptoms, objective sign, thyroid function and the blood routine index. Two groups were treated with a month(30 days) of treatment course, after continual three treatment courses, the data is statistical analyzed.Results:1.The total effective rate in the treatment group was 93.50% and control group was 86.67%, There was no obvious difference between two groups(P>0.05); 2.After treatment, two groups of the Chinese medicine symptom integral has reduced obviously than before treatment and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Among them, the irritability, aversion to heat,insomina with dreams,thirsty has reduced obviously, the treatment group was surperior to the control group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); 3. After treatment, goiter and Graves ophthalmopathy integral significantly decreased than before treatment in both groups and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); 4.After treatment, the FT3 and FT4 have significantly decreased than before treatment in both two groups and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), the TSH have significantly increased than before treatment and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.After treatment, the incidence rate of leucopenia in both group have no significant difference (P> 0.05), the incidence rate of liver damage in treatment group is lower than the control group and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Qingre Yangyin decoction can effectively improve the TCM symptoms of Graves disease with hyperactivity heart-fire and liver-fire, most of all, irritability, aversion to heat,insomina with dreams and thirsty are obvious.2.Qingre Yangyin decoction can significantly lighten the degree of goiter and Graves’ophthalmopathy in Graves disease with hyperactivity heart-fire and liver-fire.3.Qingre Yangyin decoction can significantly reduce the level of FT3 and FT4 in Graves disease with hyperactivity heart-fire and liver-fire,and increased the level of TSH.4.In the treatment of Graves disease with hyperactivity heart-fire and liver-fire, there was no leukopenia and liver damage. So Qingre Yangyin decoction has considerable reliability and security.
