| Purpose:By using soothing liver and clearing heart method to treat the heart and liver fire type Graves disease,observe its clinical efficacy,explore the advantage?validity and safety of Graves disease treatment with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medi-cine.Methods:Divide the 60 cases of heart and liver fire type Graves disease patients who meet the inclusion criteria into control group and treatment group randomly,The patients in the control group are treated with antithyroid drugs alone(Thiamazole Tablets 5-l0mg,per os 3 times every day),the treatment group are treated with the method of TCM soothing the liver and clearing the heart on the basis of western medicine treatment.Record the symp-toms?signs?TCM syndrome integral changes of the two groups regularly,review the thyroid function?TRAb?routine blood test?liver function regularly.Compare the clinical efficacy?curative effect of TCM Syndrome?TCM syndrome integral?all symptoms and signs?Thyroid function and TRAb,then do the evaluation of efficacy.Do the statistical analysis for the data by EXCEL and SPSS21.0.Result:?Compare the clinical efficacy after treatment of the treatment group and the control group:the judgment of clinical curative effect is divided into clinical control?marked effect?effective?ineffective.Among them,the treatment group is 4 cases?16 cases?6 cases?0 cases,the total effective rate is 100.00%,the control group is 1 case?7 cases?16 cases?2 cases,the total effective rate is 92.31%,analyzed by Ridit,when p<0.0001,the clinical efficacy of the treatment group is better than the control group,the difference has statistical significance.?Compare the curative effect of TCM Syndrome after treatment of the treatment group and the control group:The judgment of curative effect for TCM syn-drome is divided into clinical recovery?marked effect?effective?ineffective.Among them,the treatment group is 5 cases?17 cases?4 cases?0 cases,the total effective rate is 100.00%,the control group is 1 case?6 cases?18 cases?1 case,the total effective rate is 96.15%,analyzed by Ridit,when p<0.0001,the curative effect of TCM syndrome in treatment group is better than that in control group,the difference has statistical significance.?Compare the TCM symptom integral between before and after treatment of the treatment group and the control group:the symptom integral after treatment of the treatment group and the control group are changed in different degrees compared with that of before treatment;Compared the two groups after treatment,the treatment group is better than the control group;Com-pare the difference between before and after treatment of the two groups,the TCM symp-tom integral of the treatment group are decreased more than that of the control group.The difference has statistical significance,the treatment group has more advantages than control group.?Compare the distribution of TCM symptoms between before and after treatment in the treatment group and the control group:the improvement of irritability?sweating?aversion to heat?spiritlessness?weak?insomnia and dreaminess,amnesia symptoms in the treatment group is better than the control group,the difference has statistical significance.?Compare the thyroid function between before and after treatment in the treatment group and the control group:Compare FT3 and FT4 of the treatment group and the control group after treatment with that of before treatment,the two groups are decreased,compare TSH of the treatment group and the control group after treatment with that of before treatment,the two groups are increased,the difference has statistical significance.The difference of FT3?FT4?TSH between before and after treatment of the treatment group and the control group has no obvious difference.?Compare TRAb between before and after treatment of the two groups:Compare the TRAb of the treatment group and the control group after treatment with that of before treatment,all have different degrees of decline,the difference is signifi-cant.Compare the difference of TRAb between before and after treatment of the treatment group and the control group,the TRAb in the treatment group after treatment decreased more than that in the control group,the difference is significant,the treatment group is bet-ter than the control group.?Observe the safety in the process of treatment of the treatment group and the control group:there are a few adverse reactions during the treatment in the treatment group and the control group,but they returned to normal in the subsequent treat-ment.Conclusion:The results of this study suggest that soothing liver and clearing heart method combined with anti thyroid drugs(ATD)to treat the heart and liver fire type Graves disease has certain degree of clinical curative effect.There are maybe more advantages in improving the clinical symptoms?signs and TRAb than ATD treatment only,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application as it plays the advantage of integrated traditional Chinese and Western Medicine treat the disease. |
