Longmu Xiaoyao Powder In Treatment Of Graves Disease(Heart And Liver Fire Type) Clinical Observation

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of long-time xiaoyao powder for Graves' disease.Methods:In this study,66 patients with the inclusion criteria were included in the treatment group and the control group were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The efficacy indexes of TCM syndromes,FT3,FT4,TSH and TRAb were evaluated respectively.Liver function,blood routine laboratory examination safety index.Two groups of patients were given basic treatment,among which 33 patients in the treatment group were treated with methimazole combined with Chinese traditional Chinese medicine longmu xiaoyao powder.In the control group,33 cases were treated with methimazole orally.The obtained data was analyzed by statistical software SPSS21.0.Results: In this study,there were 33 patients in the treatment group,33 in the control group,cases in the two groups,30 in the treatment group and 30 in the control group.(1)FT3?FT4: The results of this study showed that the treatment group,control group FT3 and FT4 were significantly improved after 8 weeks of diagnosis and treatment(P<0.01).After 8 weeks of diagnosis and treatment,the improvement of FT3 and FT4 was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.01).(2)TSH: compared with TSH in the control group and the control group,both groups showed significant improvement(P<0.01).After 8 weeks of diagnosis and treatment,the improvement of TSH in the treatment group with traditional Chinese medicine was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).(3)TRAb: in the treatment group and control group,TRAb was not improved after 8 weeks in the treatment group(P>0.05).(4)TCM syndrome differentiation: in the treatment group and the control group,there was significant statistical significance(P<0.01)in the comparison between the treatment group and the control group after 8 weeks of diagnosis and treatment.After 8 weeks of diagnosis and treatment,the treatment group with traditional Chinese medicine was superior to the control group(P<0.05).In the treatment group and the control group,after 8 weeks of diagnosis and treatment,the symptoms of each individual symptom in traditional Chinese medicine P<0.01)were statistically significant except for the thyroid enlargement.After 8 weeks of treatment,the treatment group with traditional Chinese medicine was superior to the control group(P<0.05)in the aspects of sweat,irritability and sleep loss.(5)syndromes curative effect: using traditional Chinese medicine treatment group total effective rate was 96% in diagnosis and treatment of 8 weeks,the control group after 8 weeks of diagnosis and treatment of the total effective rate was 83%,the rank and test analysis,in 8 weeks after treatment with traditional Chinese medicine and curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine treatment group was obviously higher than that of control group(P<0.01).Conclusion: Dragon negundo xiaoyao powder in combination with a sulfhydryl imidazole piece treat type heart the fire can significantly improve patients with Graves disease clinical syndrome,improve the syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine curative effect,especially in sweat,symptoms such as irritability,insomnia much dream less improvement;The combination of the long and unaccompanied methimazole tablets could improve the level of FT3,FT4 and TSH,and there was no obvious adverse reaction.
