Clinical Observation Of Qishen Butu Yijin Decoction In The Treatment Of Stable Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease(Deficiency Of Lung And Spleen)

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of qishen butu yijin decoction on stable phase of COPD(lung and spleen-qi deficiency).Methods:Selecting 70 patients with stable phase of COPD(lung spleen qi deficiency)who were admitted to the Department of respiration of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University Of Chinese Medicine and met the inclusion criteria and randomly dividing them into the treatment group and the control group from April 2019 to October 2019,the 35 patients of treatment group were given tiotropium bromide powder once a time,once a day(18 ?g),and Qishen butu yijin decoction,one dose per day,water decoction,150 ml in the morning and evening after the meal;the 35 patients control group were given tiotropium bromide once a time,once a day(18 ?g).Four weeks as a course of treatment,After two courses of treatment,observing the TCM syndrome indicators,quality of life indicators CAT(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease assessment test),and nutritional indicators body mass index(BMI)in two group.Resoult:1.The total effective rate was 93.93% in the treatment group and 81.25% in the control group.The treatment group was superior to the control group,and the comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.After treatment,the symptoms of TCM in the two groups were improved(P < 0.05),and the symptoms of cough,expectoration,wheezing,anorexia,abdominal distention and loose stools in the treatment group were better than those in the control group(P < 0.05).After treatment,the symptoms of self perspiration,fear of wind and fatigue were improved equally in the two groups(P > 0.05).3.The CAT scores between the two groups were compared after treatment,P < 0.05,with statistical significance,indicating that the treatment group was superior to the control group in improving the CAT scores.4.The BMI index were compared in two groups,P<0.05,with statistical significance,indicating that the treatment group was superior to the control group in improving the BMI index.5.There was no clinical significance in the detection of safety indicators in both groups before and after treatment.Conclusion: 1.Qishen Butu Yijin Decoction can improve the TCM symptoms of patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(lung and spleen qi deficiency).2.Qishen Butu Yijin Decoction can reduce the CAT score of patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(lung and spleen qi deficiency).3.Qishen Butu Yijin Decoction can improve the BMI index of patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(lung and spleen qi deficiency).4.Qishen Butu Yijin Decoction is safe and effective in the treatment of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(lung and spleen qi deficiency).
